Метрологічна перевірка лічильників природного газу

Abstract

У дипломній роботі розглянуто питання метрологічної перевірки лічильників природного газу. Наведено класифікацію лічильників, описано їхні конструктивні особливості та принцип дії. Особливу увагу приділено нормативній базі та методиці перевірки згідно з ДСТУ 9033:2020. У практичній частині здійснено перевірку лічильника ЛГ-К-100-1/30 за допомогою установки УПЛГ-2500 та програмного забезпечення ProgPovZero. Отримано результати вимірювань, обчислено основні відносні похибки та проведено аналіз придатності приладу до експлуатації. Робота має як теоретичне, так і прикладне значення у сфері метрологічного забезпечення обліку природного газу.The thesis focuses on the metrological verification of natural gas meters. It presents a classification of gas meters, describes their design features and operating principles. Special attention is given to the regulatory framework and verification methodology in accordance with DSTU 9033:2020. The practical part includes the verification of the LG-K-100-1/30 meter using the UPLG-2500 test facility and ProgPovZero software. Measurement results were obtained, relative errors were calculated, and the suitability of the meter for further operation was analyzed. The work has both theoretical and practical significance in the field of metrological support for natural gas measurement systems.
