Дизайн інтер’єру житлового простору в ЖК “Avalon Holiday” у с. Сокільники, вул. Героїв Майдану, 1

Abstract

Дипломний проєкт присвячено розробці дизайну інтер’єру житлового простору квартири загальною площею 63 м?, розташованої в ЖК «Avalon Holiday» (Львівська область, с. Сокільники, вул. Героїв Майдану, 1, кв. 132). Актуальність теми обумовлена зростаючими вимогами сучасного суспільства до комфорту, функціональності, ергономіки та естетичної привабливості житлового середовища. У межах роботи особлива увага приділяється інтеграції новітніх технологій, актуальних дизайнерських рішень та індивідуальних потреб майбутніх мешканців. Основною метою проєкту є створення гармонійного, комфортного та естетично цілісного інтер’єру, що відповідає принципам мінімалізму у планувальному і композиційному вирішенні. У проекті враховано характеристики побутового використання простору, кількість мешканців (дві особи) та специфіку їх стилю життя. Проєкт передбачає створення функціонального планування, добір сучасних оздоблювальних матеріалів, меблів, освітлення та декоративних елементів, зокрема дерев’яного панно як акценту в інтер’єрі. Новизна дипломної роботи полягає в дослідженні інноваційних підходів до дизайну житлового простору та реалізації унікальної концепції, що поєднує естетику, технологічність та індивідуальні потреби користувачів. Проєкт супроводжується відповідними кресленнями, візуалізаціями, кошторисною документацією та технічними специфікаціями, які відповідають чинним будівельним нормам і стандартам.

The diploma project is dedicated to the development of the interior design of a living space of an apartment with a total area of 63 m?, located in the residential complex “Avalon Holiday” (Lviv region, Sokilnyky village, 1 Heroiv Maidanu Street, apartment 132). The relevance of the topic is due to the growing requirements of modern society for comfort, functionality, ergonomics and aesthetic appeal of the living environment. Within the framework of the work, special attention is paid to the integration of the latest technologies, current design solutions and individual needs of future residents. The main goal of the project is to create a harmonious, comfortable and aesthetically coherent interior that meets the principles of minimalism in planning and compositional solutions. The project takes into account the characteristics of domestic use of space, the number of residents (two people) and the specifics of their lifestyle. The project involves the creation of a functional layout, the selection of modern finishing materials, furniture, lighting and decorative elements, in particular a wooden panel as an accent in the interior. The novelty of the thesis lies in the study of innovative approaches to the design of living space and the implementation of a unique concept that combines aesthetics, technology and individual needs of users. The project is accompanied by relevant drawings, visualizations, costing documentation and technical specifications that comply with current building codes and standards.
