Підвищення ресурсу бандажів колісних пар магістральних тепловозів

Abstract

При експлуатації магістральних тепловозів, особливо в гірських умовах, найбільші навантаження сприймають колісні пари. Найбільше навантаження припадає на їх бандажі, як при русі вверх (буксування і великі навантаження при тязі), так і при русі вниз (тертя колодок при гальмуванні). Також на знос бандажу впливає і велика наявність кривих малого радіусу та якість полотна. Це призводить до того, що знос бандажу наступає швидше, чим плановий ремонт колісно-моторного блоку тепловозу, що призводить до необґрунтованих витрат на ремонт. Особливо це актуально для магістральних тепловозів другого покоління. Тому у кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуті заходи по збільшенню ресурсу бандажів колісних пар магістральних тепловозів. Запропоновано використання змащування гребнів колісних пар різних типів. Зроблений прогноз проведення ТО-4 тепловозів з врахуванням запропонованих заходів. Об’єкт дослідження – бандаж колісної пари магістрального тепловозу з опорно-осьовим підвішуванням тягових електродвигунів. Предмет дослідження – ресурс бандажу колісної пари магістрального тепловозу. Мета дослідження – визначити раціональний тип гребнезмащувача для колісних пар магістрального тепловозу, який працює в гірському регіоні по критерію максимального ресурсу бандажу. За результатами кваліфікаційної роботи виконано такі задачі досліджень: – визначені основні види і причини пошкоджень бандажів колісних пар магістральних тепловозів; – зроблений аналіз проблем забезпечення раціонального ресурсу бандажів магістральних тепловозів в експлуатаційних умовах; – запропонована класифікація заходів по підвищенню ресурсу бандажів колісних пар магістральних тепловозів; – отримані значення ресурсів бандажів при використанні різних видів гребнезмащувачів, на основі чого зроблено прогноз проведення ТО-4 для тепловозів. Встановлено, що кількість пошкоджень колісних пар за останні десятиліття значно зменшилась, що визвано покращенням технології виготовлення, експлуатації, ремонту та діагностики. Причини пошкоджень майже не змінились за останні сто років. Запропонована класифікація заходів по підвищенню надійності бандажів колісних пар, яка включає чотири групи заходів. Експертним методом для підвищення надійності бандажів був вибраний захід по використанню гребнезмащувачів на локомотивах. Запропонований підхід для розрахунку проведення ТО-4 для тепловозів по даним експлуатації, який також дозволяє оцінити ефективність впровадження гребнезмащувачів.

When operating mainline diesel locomotives, especially in mountainous conditions, the greatest loads are perceived by the wheelsets. The greatest load falls on their tires, both when moving uphill (slipping and high loads during traction) and when moving downhill (friction of the pads during braking). The wear of the tire is also affected by the large presence of small-radius curves and the quality of the track. This leads to the fact that tire wear occurs faster than the scheduled repair of the wheel-motor unit of the diesel locomotive, which leads to unreasonable repair costs. This is especially true for mainline diesel locomotives of the second generation. Therefore, the qualification work considers measures to increase the resource of the tires of the wheelsets of mainline diesel locomotives. The use of lubrication of the ridges of different types of wheelsets is proposed. A forecast for TO-4 maintenance of diesel locomotives is made taking into account the proposed measures. The object of the study is the tire of the wheelset of a mainline diesel locomotive with a support-axle suspension of traction electric motors. The subject of the study is the resource of the main locomotive wheelset. The purpose of the study is to determine the rational type of friction lubricant for the wheelset of a main locomotive operating in a mountainous region according to the criterion of the maximum resource of the friction lubricant. According to the results of the qualification work, the following research tasks were completed: – the main types and causes of damage to the friction lubricants of main locomotive wheelset were determined; – an analysis of the problems of ensuring the rational resource of the friction lubricants of main locomotives in operating conditions was made; – a classification of measures to increase the resource of the friction lubricants of main locomotive wheelset was proposed; – values of the friction lubricant resources when using different types of friction lubricants were obtained, on the basis of which a forecast was made for conducting TO-4 for diesel locomotives. It is established that the number of wheel pair damages has decreased significantly in recent decades, which is caused by the improvement of manufacturing, operation, repair and diagnostics technology. The causes of damages have almost not changed in the last hundred years. A classification of measures to increase the reliability of wheel pair tires is proposed, which includes four groups of measures. The expert method for increasing the reliability of tires was the measure of using friction lubricators on locomotives. An approach is proposed for calculating TO-4 for diesel locomotives based on operational data, which also allows assessing the effectiveness of the introduction of friction lubricators.
