Інформаційна система гуманітарного штабу

Abstract

Під час написання дипломної роботи була розроблена інформаційна система для гуманітарного штабу з метою ефективного зберігання інформації про наявні ресурси, зокрема гуманітарну допомогу. Дана тема є актуальною в Україні, особливо через початок повномасштабного вторгнення Росії, що призвело до збільшення попиту на гуманітарну допомогу що в свою чергу потребує необхідності ефективного координаційного центру для надання гуманітарної допомоги потерпілим. В ході роботи було проведено системний аналіз наукових статей по даній тематиці а також потреб гуманітарного штабу та визначено вимоги до інформаційної системи. Здійснено проектування інформаційної системи, включаючи розробку структури бази даних та функціональних модулів. Для розробки системи використано сучасні технології програмування та баз даних. Інформаційна система гуманітарного штабу дозволяє збирати та зберігати дані про наявні ресурси, гуманітарну допомогу, а також інші важливі дані, пов'язані з діяльністю штабу. Система забезпечує швидкий доступ до інформації, спрощує процеси аналізу та прийняття рішень, а також забезпечує зручні інструменти для звітності та моніторингу діяльності штабу. Для реалізації такої системи було проаналізовано допоміжні технології для підтримки та координації гуманітарної допомоги. Були використані сучасні методи інформаційного моделювання та аналізу для побудови оптимальної структури бази даних. Розроблені функціональні модулі дозволяють забезпечити потрібний функціонал для ефективної роботи штабу. Об'єктом дослідження є інформаційні процеси та потоки даних, що пов'язані зі зберіганням гуманітарної допомоги гуманітарного штабу. Метою дослідження є розробити та впровадити інформаційну систему для гуманітарного штабу з метою ефективного зберігання інформації про наявні ресурси. Результатом дипломної роботи є розроблена та впроваджена інформаційна система для гуманітарного штабу. Вона дозволяє ефективно зберігати і аналізувати дані про наявні ресурси та гуманітарну допомогу, полегшує процеси координації та прийняття рішень. Ця система є важливим інструментом для забезпечення ефективної гуманітарної допомоги в умовах кризових ситуацій.

During the writing of the thesis, an information system was developed for the humanitarian headquarters in order to effectively store information about available resources, including humanitarian aid. This topic is relevant in Ukraine, especially due to the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Russia, which led to an increase in the demand for humanitarian aid, which in turn necessitates the need for an effective coordination center for the provision of humanitarian aid to the victims. In the course of the work, a systematic analysis of scientific articles on this topic was carried out, as well as the needs of the humanitarian headquarters, and the requirements for the information system were determined. The design of the information system was carried out, including the development of the database structure and functional modules. Modern programming and database technologies were used to develop the system. The information system of the humanitarian headquarters allows you to collect and store data on available resources, humanitarian aid, as well as other important data related to the activities of the headquarters. The system provides quick access to information, simplifies the analysis and decision-making processes, and also provides convenient tools for reporting and monitoring the activities of the headquarters. To implement such a system, supporting technologies for supporting and coordinating humanitarian aid were analyzed. Modern methods of information modeling and analysis were used to build the optimal structure of the database. The developed functional modules make it possible to provide the necessary functionality for the effective operation of the headquarters. The object of the research is information processes and data flows related to the storage of humanitarian aid by the humanitarian headquarters. The purpose of the study is to develop and implement an information system for humanitarian headquarters in order to effectively store information about available resources. The result of the thesis is a developed and implemented information system for the humanitarian headquarters. It allows efficient storage and analysis of data on available resources and humanitarian aid, facilitates coordination and decision-making processes. This system is an important tool for ensuring effective humanitarian aid in crisis situations.
