Організація капітального ремонту та модернізації тепловозів на базі ТОВ “Полтавський тепловозоремонтний завод”

Abstract

Залізничний транспорт України є ключовим елементом національної транспортної системи та має значний потенціал для розвитку транзитних вантажоперевезень, що є важливим джерелом надходжень до бюджету та засобом інтеграції до європейської транспортної інфраструктури. Локомотивне господарство є однією з найбільш капіталомістких галузей залізничної системи, що споживає значну частину експлуатаційних витрат, тому його модернізація є критично важливою для підвищення ефективності перевізного процесу. Одним із найефективніших напрямів оновлення рухомого складу є комплексна модернізація існуючих тепловозів (М62, 2М62, ЧМЕ3) із заміною застарілих силових установок на сучасні, що дає змогу значно зменшити витрати на обслуговування, підвищити надійність та екологічність експлуатації. Розвиток і технічне переоснащення локомотивних депо, разом із удосконаленням системи постачання запасними частинами та нормуванням роботи локомотивних бригад, є складовими підвищення надійності та безпеки перевезень. Предметом дослідження є технічні та організаційні процеси, що супроводжують модернізацію тепловозів, а мета роботи — підвищити якість їх експлуатації шляхом запровадження сучасних енергетичних технологій. Об’єкт дослідження —тепловози М62, 2М62, ЧМЕ3. 3

Railway transport of Ukraine is a key element of the national transport system and has significant potential for the development of transit freight transportation, which is an important source of budget revenues and a means of integration into the European transport infrastructure. Locomotive industry is one of the most capital-intensive branches of the railway system, consuming a significant part of operating costs, therefore its modernization is critically important for increasing the efficiency of the transportation process. One of the most effective directions of rolling stock renewal is the comprehensive modernization of existing diesel locomotives (M62, 2M62, ChME3) with the replacement of outdated power plants with modern ones, which makes it possible to significantly reduce maintenance costs, increase reliability and environmental friendliness of operation. The development and technical re-equipment of locomotive depots, together with the improvement of the spare parts supply system and the standardization of the work of locomotive crews, are components of increasing the reliability and safety of transportation. The subject of the study is the technical and organizational processes that accompany the modernization of diesel locomotives, and the goal of the work is to improve the quality of their operation by introducing modern energy technologies. 4 The object of the study is diesel locomotives M62, 2M62, ChME3.
