Міжнародне співробітництво Оброшинської сільської ради Львівської області в умовах повномасштабної російської агресії

Abstract

У бакалаврській кваліфікаційній роботі досліджується міжнародне співробітництво Оброшинської територіальної громади Львівської області в умовах повномасштабної російської агресії. У роботі встановлено значення міжнародного співробітництва для розвитку місцевих громад в умовах сучасних викликів. Метою дослідження є аналіз та оцінка міжнародного співробітництва Оброшинської територіальної громади Львівської області в умовах повномасштабної російської агресії. У першому розділі систематизовано теоретичні засади міжнародного співробітництва органів місцевого самоврядування. Визначено поняття, сутність та принципи міжнародного співробітництва, окреслено основні напрямки діяльності та проаналізовано нормативно-правове забезпечення. У другому розділі охарактеризовано форми та методи міжнародного співробітництва Оброшинської територіальної громади в умовах війни. Проаналізовано гуманітарну допомогу з європейських країн, розглянуто вплив міжнародної підтримки на зміцнення місцевого самоврядування та покращення якості життя мешканців. У третьому розділі проаналізовано стан та шляхи покращення міжнародного співробітництва Оброшинської територіальної громади. Виявлено основні досягнення та проблеми у цій сфері, запропоновано конкретні кроки для активізації співпраці з міжнародними організаціями, волонтерськими групами та українською діаспорою за кордоном. Висвітлено участь громади у міжнародних програмах, конференціях та форумах. У висновках узагальнено результати дослідження, підкреслено важливість міжнародного співробітництва для стабільності та розвитку місцевих громад, визначено перспективи подальшого розвитку міжнародних зв'язків Оброшинської територіальної громади.

The bachelor’s thesis examines the international cooperation of the Obroshyn Village Council of Lviv Oblast in the context of full-scale Russian aggression. The work establishes the importance of international cooperation for the development of local communities in the face of modern challenges. The purpose of the study is to analyse and evaluate the international cooperation of the Obroshyn Village Council of Lviv region in the context of full-scale Russian aggression. The first section systematises the theoretical foundations of international cooperation of local self-government bodies. It defines the concept, essence and principles of international cooperation, outlines the main areas of activity and analyses the regulatory framework. The second section describes the forms and methods of international cooperation of the Obroshyn territorial community in the conditions of war. It analyses humanitarian aid from European countries and considers the impact of international support on strengthening local self-government and improving the quality of life of residents. The third section analyses the state and ways to improve international cooperation of the Obroshyn Village Council. The main achievements and challenges in this area are identified, and specific steps are proposed to intensify cooperation with international organisations, volunteer groups and the Ukrainian diaspora abroad. The article also highlights the community's participation in international programmes, conferences and forums. The conclusions summarise the results of the study, emphasise the importance of international cooperation for the stability and development of local communities, and identify prospects for further development of international relations of the Obroshyn Village Council.
