Організація вантажних перевезень автомобільним транспортом є однією з ключових складових логістичної системи держави та економіки в цілому. Цей процес охоплює комплекс заходів, спрямованих на забезпечення ефективного, безпечного, своєчасного та економічно доцільного переміщення матеріальних ресурсів за допомогою автомобілів у межах внутрішньодержавних і міжнародних перевезень [5]. Воєнний стан, який введено в Україні на невизначений час, радикально змінює умови функціонування транспортної галузі, зокрема автомобільних вантажних перевезень. У таких умовах транспортні компанії, логістичні оператори та державні органи стикаються з низкою серйозних викликів, що впливають як на безпеку перевезень, так і на їх ефективність [1]. Організація автомобільних перевезень вантажів виступає ключовим компонентом для успішного управління та досягнення бізнес-цілей будь-якої транспортної компанії. Інтеграція окремих елементів логістичної системи транспортного підприємства та оптимізація їх взаємодії є ключовими важелями організації. Цей процес спрямований на розкриття потенціалу наявних ресурсів підприємства та максимізацію рівня його розвитку [4]. Одним із пріоритетних завдань будь-якого підприємства є досягнення комерційної вигоди шляхом розробки та впровадження ефективних логістичних схем доставки вантажів із використанням різних видів транспорту [2]. Воєнні дії на території України створили додаткове навантаження на інфраструктуру, призвели до змін у логістиці, перерозподілу потоків вантажів, переорієнтації торговельних шляхів, зміни структури попиту на транспортні послуги. Це вимагає від учасників ринку високої гнучкості, здатності швидко реагувати на зміни, а також взаємодії з державними структурами для координації дій у кризових ситуаціях [3]. 5 Об’єкт дослідження – процес організації автомобільних перевезень вантажів ТОВ «М Джі Ел Аутсорс ЮА». Предмет дослідження – особливості та шляхи вдосконалення організації автомобільних перевезень вантажів на прикладі ТОВ «М Джі Ел Аутсорс ЮА». Мета дослідження – комплексний аналіз існуючої системи організації автомобільних перевезень вантажів у ТОВ «М Джі Ел Аутсорс ЮА» та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо її вдосконалення з метою підвищення ефективності та конкурентоспроможності підприємства. Результати дослідження. Аналіз діяльності ТОВ «М Джі Ел Аутсорс ЮА» засвідчив успішне функціонування підприємства на ринку логістичних послуг як на національному, так і на міжнародному рівнях. Підприємство забезпечує комплексний підхід до обслуговування клієнтів, поєднуючи організацію перевезень, експедирування, страхування, митне оформлення та консалтинг. Позитивна динаміка чистого доходу, зростання прибутковості та покращення показників фінансової стійкості та ділової активності свідчать про ефективність обраної стратегії розвитку, раціональне використання ресурсів і грамотне управління. Зростання фінансових результатів у 2024 році, незважаючи на зростання витрат, підтверджує здатність підприємства адаптуватися до змін ринкового середовища, зберігаючи прибутковість та стабільність. Аналіз діяльності ТОВ «М Джі Ел Аутсорс ЮА» засвідчив, що підприємство є конкурентоспроможним учасником ринку транспортно- експедиторських послуг, який демонструє стабільну динаміку розвитку. Підприємство забезпечує високий рівень обслуговування вантажовласників, беручи на себе весь комплекс логістичних функцій - від планування маршруту до оформлення документації. Значна частка перевезень збірних вантажів свідчить про адаптивність підприємства до потреб клієнтів з невеликими обсягами відправлень. Водночас підприємству необхідно зменшити ризики, пов’язані з високою концентрацією прибутку на обмеженому колі клієнтів, шляхом диверсифікації 6 замовницької бази. Це підвищить стійкість до коливань попиту та забезпечить більшу фінансову стабільність. Застосування методу найкоротших шляхів і побудова оптимального плану перевезень забезпечать підприємству зниження пробігу, економію ресурсів і адаптивність до змін у транспортному середовищі. The organization of freight transportation by road is one of the key components of the logistics system of the state and the economy as a whole. This process includes a set of measures aimed at ensuring the effective, safe, timely and economically feasible movement of material resources by means of automobiles within the framework of domestic and international transportation [5]. The martial law imposed in Ukraine for an indefinite period is radically changing the conditions for the functioning of the transport industry, in particular road freight transportation. In such conditions, transport companies, logistics operators and government agencies face a number of serious challenges that affect both the safety of transportation and its efficiency [1]. The organization of road transportation of goods is a key component for the successful management and achievement of business goals of any transport company. Integration of individual elements of the logistics system of a transport company and optimization of their interaction are key levers of the organization. This process is aimed at unlocking the potential of the available resources of the enterprise and maximizing its development [4]. One of the priority tasks of any enterprise is to achieve commercial benefits by developing and implementing efficient logistics schemes for the delivery of goods using various modes of transport [2]. Military operations in Ukraine have put additional strain on the infrastructure, led to changes in logistics, redistribution of cargo flows, reorientation of trade routes, and changes in the structure of demand for transportation services. This requires high flexibility from market participants, the ability to respond quickly to changes, and interaction with government agencies to coordinate actions in crisis situations [3]. Study object – the process of organizing road transportation of goods by «MGL Outsource UA» LLC. 8 Scope of research – features and ways to improve the organization of road transportation of goods on the example of «MGL Outsource UA» LLC. Goal of research – a comprehensive analysis of the existing system for organizing road transportation of goods at «MGL Outsource UA» LLC and the development of practical recommendations for its improvement in order to increase the efficiency and competitiveness of the enterprise. Briefly put research results. The analysis of the activities of «MGL Outsource UA» LLC has shown the successful functioning of the company in the logistics services market both at the national and international levels. The company provides a comprehensive approach to customer service, combining transportation, forwarding, insurance, customs clearance and consulting. The positive dynamics of net income, increased profitability, and improved financial stability and business activity indicators demonstrate the effectiveness of the chosen development strategy, rational use of resources, and competent management. The growth of financial results in 2024, despite the increase in expenses, confirms the company's ability to adapt to changes in the market environment while maintaining profitability and stability. The analysis of the activities of «MGL Outsource UA» LLC showed that the company is a competitive participant in the freight forwarding services market, which demonstrates stable development dynamics. The company provides a high level of service to cargo owners, taking on the entire range of logistics functions - from route planning to documentation. The significant share of groupage cargo transportation demonstrates the company's adaptability to the needs of customers with small volumes of shipments. At the same time, the company needs to mitigate the risks associated with a high concentration of profits on a limited number of customers by diversifying its customer base. This will increase resilience to fluctuations in demand and ensure greater financial stability. The use of the shortest routes method and the construction of an optimal transportation plan will ensure that the company reduces mileage, saves resources 9 and is adaptable to changes in the transport environment. This will create real competitive advantages for «MGL Outsource UA» LLC and contribute to the company's sustainable development.
