Підвищення ефективності розбирально-мийних робіт автомобільних двигунів у ПП "Кавказ", м. Львів

Abstract

Повне відновлення працездатності деталей автомобільних двигунів неможливе без впровадження передових технологічних процесів. Методи відновлення й ремонту слід вибирати з врахуванням економічної доцільності й технічних можливостей їхнього здійснення, беручи до уваги характер дефекту, конструктивні особливості й матеріали деталей. [1]. Мета роботи: підвищення ефективності розбирально-мийних робіт автомобільних двигунів на підприємстві. Предмет розгляду: раціональні режими розбирання та миття двигунів. У першому розділі наведені стисла характеристика підприємства ПП “Кавказ” та обґрунтовування теми роботи. У другому розділі здійснено технологічний розрахунок робочих місць для проведення розбирально-мийних робіт з автомобільними двигунами. Визначена потреба у робочій силі, обладнанні, виробничій площі та енергоносіях для виконання річної виробничої програми. Третій розділ присвячений опису особливостей процесів розбирання та миття автомобільних двигунів. Описані обладнання, необхідний інструмент для розбирання та наведені раціональні режими миття двигунів та їхніх деталей. У четвертому розділі сформульовані технічне завдання на конструювання стенду для розбирання двигунів. Проведено розрахунок на міцність основних елементів пристрою та описаний його принцип роботи, а також наведені правила його експлуатування. У п’ятому розділі проведений аналіз небезпек, які можуть виникати на робочих місцях, розраховане штучне освітлення та визначена потреба у примусовій вентиляції. Шостий розділ присвячений розрахунку економічної ефективності запроваджених заходів.ультразвукове очищення.

Full restoration of the operability of automobile engine parts is impossible without the introduction of advanced technological processes. Methods of restoration and repair should be chosen taking into account the economic feasibility and technical capabilities of their implementation, taking into account the nature of the defect, design features and materials of the parts. [1]. Purpose of the work: increasing the efficiency of dismantling and washing operations of automobile engines at the enterprise. Subject of consideration: rational modes of dismantling and washing of engines. The first section provides a brief description of the enterprise “Kavkaz” and justification of the topic of the work. The second section provides a technological calculation of workplaces for disassembling and washing automobile engines. The need for labor, equipment, production space, and energy sources for the implementation of the annual production program is determined. The third section is devoted to a description of the features of the processes of disassembling and washing automobile engines. The equipment, the necessary tools for disassembly are described, and rational modes of washing engines and their parts are given. The fourth section formulates the technical task for the design of a stand for disassembling engines. The strength of the main elements of the device is calculated and its principle of operation is described, as well as the rules for its operation are given. The fifth section analyzes the hazards that may arise at workplaces, calculates artificial lighting, and determines the need for forced ventilation. The sixth section is devoted to calculating the economic efficiency of the measures taken.
