Дослідження шляхів зниження токсичності відпрацьованих газів тепловозних енергетичних установок

Abstract

Метою даної кваліфікаційної роботи бакалавра є покращення екологічної ситуації в Україні шляхом зменшення рівня викидів забруднюючих речовин тепловозними дизелями. Об’єктом дослідження є забруднюючі речовини, які містяться у відпрацьованих газах тепловозних дизелів. Предметом дослідження є методи та засоби вимірювання рівня забруднюючих речовин у відпрацьованих газах та шляхи його зниження. Для досягнення цієї мети у роботі виконано наступне: - проаналізовані вимоги вітчизняних та нормативних документів, які регламентують допустимий рівень забруднюючих речовин у відпрацьованих газах тепловозних дизелів; - проаналізовані технічні засоби контролю рівня забруднюючих речовин у відпрацьованих газах та методика роботи з ними; - проаналізовано вміст забруднюючих (токсичних) речовин у відпрацьованих газах та джерела їх появи; - наведено результати безпосередніх вимірювань рівня забруднюючих речовин у відпрацьованих газах тепловозного дизеля; - запропоновано заходи зі зниження кількості токсичних речовин. Основним з таких заходів є впровадження каталітичного нейтралізатора відпрацьованих газів; - розглянуто питання охорони праці при проведенні реостатних випробувань тепловозів, під час яких вимірюється рівень токсичних речовин у відпрацьованих газах. .

The objective of this bachelor's qualification work is to improve the environmental situation in Ukraine by reducing the emission levels of pollutants generated by diesel locomotives. The object of the study is the pollutants contained in the exhaust gases of diesel locomotive engines. The subject of the study is the methods and means of measuring pollutant concentrations in exhaust gases, as well as the ways of reducing these concentrations. To achieve this objective, the following tasks were performed: - the requirements of national and international regulatory documents governing the permissible levels of pollutants in the exhaust gases of diesel locomotive engines were analyzed; - the technical tools used for monitoring pollutant concentrations in exhaust gases and the methodology for operating such equipment were examined; - the content of polluting (toxic) substances in exhaust gases and their sources of formation were analyzed; - the results of direct measurements of pollutant levels in the exhaust gases of a diesel locomotive were presented; - measures aimed at reducing the amount of toxic substances were proposed, with the primary measure being the implementation of an exhaust gas catalytic converter; - occupational health and safety aspects during resistance testing of diesel locomotives, during which toxic gas levels are measured, were also considered.
