Інформаційна система моніторингу професійної діяльності спеціаліста

Abstract

В даній бакалаврській роботі розроблено інформаційну систему для моніторингу професійної діяльності спеціалістів. Система представлена у вигляді клієнт-серверного продукту, що складається з веб-додатка для сервера і десктопного додатка для клієнта.

В першому розділі було проведено аналітичний огляд літературних та інших джерел для визначення методологічних засад дослідження, поточного стану та перспектив розвитку цієї галузі. Визначені методологічні засади дослідження враховують вимоги наукових та практичних аспектів, підтверджуючи актуальність теми та необхідність розробки інформаційної системи для ефективного моніторингу професійної діяльності. Аналіз відомих програмних систем для моніторингу показав різноманітність рішень, зокрема Hubstaff, Toggl та ActivTrak, що підкреслює важливість обрання оптимального рішення для заданої проблематики. У другому розділі проведено детальний аналіз теми "Система моніторингу професійної діяльності спеціаліста". Було розроблено дерево цілей, визначено основні процеси та розроблено шкалу оцінювання для критеріїв і матриці попарних порівнянь. Метод аналітичної ієрархії використовувався для визначення типу системи, а також були побудовані діаграми та ієрархія задач. У третьому розділі проведено аналіз технічної реалізації інформаційної системи, зокрема вибір мов програмування та середовищ розробки. Python було обрано як основну мову програмування з урахуванням надійності та динамічності. Розроблено інформаційну систему у вигляді клієнт-серверного продукту з веб-додатком для сервера і десктопним додатком для клієнта. Результати роботи включають розроблену інформаційну систему, її функції та інтерфейси, а також посібник користувача для забезпечення правильного розуміння функціонування системи. Основні функції системи були описані, а сама система протестована для перевірки функціональності та надійності. Об'єкт дослідження - інформаційні процеси моніторингу професійної діяльності спеціаліста. Предмет дослідження - розробка та впровадження інформаційної системи моніторингу професійної діяльності спеціаліста. Мета дослідження - розробка та реалізація інформаційної системи, яка забезпечить можливість моніторингу професійної діяльності спеціаліста з різних галузей. Ця система буде створена з урахуванням вимог сучасного ринку праці та потреб користувачів, забезпечуючи зручний та ефективний інструмент для аналізу та управління професійним розвитком.

This bachelor's thesis presents the development of an information system for monitoring the professional activity of specialists. The system is implemented as a client-server product consisting of a web application for the server and a desktop application for the client. The first chapter provides an analytical review of literature and other sources to determine the methodological foundations of the research, the current state, and development prospects of this field. The identified methodological foundations of the research take into account the requirements of scientific and practical aspects, confirming the relevance of the topic and the need to develop an information system for effective monitoring of professional activity. The analysis of known monitoring software systems showed the diversity of solutions, including Hubstaff, Toggl, and ActivTrak, which emphasizes the importance of choosing the optimal solution for the given problem. The second chapter presents a detailed analysis of the topic "Information System for Monitoring Professional Activity of Specialists". A goal tree was developed, the main processes were identified, and an evaluation scale for criteria and pairwise comparison matrices were developed. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was used to determine the type of system, and diagrams and a task hierarchy were also constructed. The third chapter analyzes the technical implementation of the information system, including the choice of programming languages and development environments. Python was chosen as the main programming language due to its reliability and dynamism. The information system was developed as a client-server product with a web application for the server and a desktop application for the client. The results of the work include the developed information system, its functions and interfaces, as well as a user manual to ensure a correct understanding of the system's operation. The main functions of the system were described, and the system itself was tested for functionality and reliability.
