Удосконалення технологічного процесу ремонту струмоприймача типу Л-13У електровоза серії ВЛ11м в депо Л

Abstract

Ця кваліфікаційна роботи ставить за мету розглянути питання щодо удосконалення (покращення) технологічного процесу ремонту струмоприймача Л-13У вантажного електровоза змінного струму ВЛ80т в депо Л. Покращення розглядається через освоєння у локомотивному депо процесу виготовлення полоз цих струмоприймачів. Об’єктом дослідження є струмоприймач типу Л-13У. Предметом дослідження є покращення технології ремонту струмоприймача Л-13У вантажного електровоза змінного струму ВЛ80т в депо Л, а саме освоєння процесу виготовлення полоз цих струмоприймачів. Завдання, які виконані у результаті цієї роботи: - проведено огляд конструкції, складових вузлів, розміщення обладнання на вантажному електровозі ВЛ80т, а також велику увагу приділено даховому обладнанню; - розглянуто питання щодо технічного стану та непланових ремонтів електровозів ВЛ80т за 2024 рік, проведено аналіз причин виникнення непланових ремонтів; - розглянуто діючий технологічний процес ремонту струмоприймачів у локомотивному депо, надано пропозиції щодо його покращення; - розглянуто принципи системи охорони праці на підприємствах залізничного транспорту, а також на дільниці з ремонту струмоприймачів, розроблено місцеву інструкцію при роботі на установці для покращення якості проведення вхідного контрою. Кваліфікаційна робота має як наукову, так і практичну цінність, яка полягає в освоєнні процесу виготовлення полоз струмоприймачів, використання якої дозволить покращити технологічний процес ремонту вантажних електровозів ВЛ80т не тільки у локомотивному депо Л, а й в інших підрозділах АТ «Укрзалізниця».

The aim of this qualification thesis is to improve the technological process of repairing the L-13U current collector of the VL80t AC freight electric locomotive at the L depot. The improvement is considered through the development of the process of manufacturing the runners of these current collectors in the locomotive depot. The object of the study is the L-13U type current collector. The subject of the study is improving the technology of repairing the L-13U current collector of the VL80t AC freight electric locomotive at the L depot, namely the development of the process of manufacturing the runners of these current collectors. The tasks that were completed as a result of this work: - a review of the design, components, and equipment placement on the VL80t freight electric locomotive was conducted, and great attention was paid to the roof equipment; - the issue of the technical condition and unscheduled repairs of VL80t electric locomotives for 2024 was considered, the causes of unscheduled repairs were analyzed; - the current technological process for repairing pantographs in the locomotive depot was considered, proposals were made for its improvement; - the principles of the labor protection system at railway transport enterprises, as well as at the pantograph repair site, were considered, and local instructions for working at the installation were developed to improve the quality of incoming inspection. The qualification work has both scientific and practical value, which consists in mastering the process of manufacturing pantograph runners, the use of which will allow improving the technological process of repairing VL80t freight electric locomotives not only in the locomotive depot L, but also in other divisions of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia".
