Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена комплексному аналізу та техніко- економічному обґрунтуванню заходів з технічного переоснащення цеху поточного ремонту ПР-3 локомотивного депо станції Ш. У сучасних умовах підвищених вимог до ефективності, надійності та безпеки експлуатації рухомого складу постає гостра потреба в оновленні та модернізації виробничої інфраструктури, що забезпечує обслуговування тепловозів [1]. Актуальність теми зумовлена необхідністю удосконалення технологічних процесів ремонту, підвищення їх енергоефективності, ергономічності, а також дотримання сучасних норм охорони праці [2]. Об'єкт дослідження – виробничо-технологічна система цеху поточного ремонту ПР-3 локомотивного депо станції Ш. Предмет дослідження – технічні засоби та організаційні рішення, що впливають на якість ремонту тягового рухомого складу та безпеку праці у цеху ПР-3. Мета роботи – обґрунтувати доцільність технічного переоснащення цеху ПР-3 локомотивного депо станції Ш з урахуванням сучасних вимог до якості ремонту тягового рухомого складу, підвищення ефективності виробничих процесів і забезпечення належного рівня охорони праці. У результаті роботи запропоновано низку конкретних заходів щодо модернізації обладнання та організації праці. Розглянуто використання сучасного обладнання, зокрема стаціонарного кантувача дизеля, гідравлічного преса, лазерного вимірювального комплексу Hamar Laser L-703 для контролю геометричних параметрів рами та нових пристроїв для обробки колісно-моторних блоків. Встановлено, що впровадження запропонованих рішень забезпечує підвищення точності, скорочення простоїв локомотивів у ремонті та зменшення фізичного навантаження на персонал.

The qualification work is devoted to a comprehensive analysis and feasibility study of measures for the technical re-equipment of the current repair shop PR-3 of the locomotive depot of station Sh. In modern conditions of increased requirements for the efficiency, reliability and safety of rolling stock operation, there is an urgent need to update and modernize the production infrastructure that provides maintenance of diesel locomotives [1]. The relevance of the topic is due to the need to improve technological processes of repair, increase their energy efficiency, ergonomics, and compliance with modern labor protection standards [2]. The object of research is the production and technological system of the current repair shop PR-3 of the locomotive depot of station Sh. The subject of the study is technical means and organizational solutions that affect the quality of repair of traction rolling stock and occupational safety in the PR-3 shop. The aim of the study is to substantiate the feasibility of technical re-equipment of the PR-3 workshop of the locomotive depot of station Sh, taking into account modern requirements for the quality of repair of traction rolling stock, increasing the efficiency of production processes and ensuring an adequate level of labor protection. As a result of the work, a number of specific measures have been proposed to modernize equipment and labor organization. The paper considers the use of modern equipment, including a stationary diesel canting machine, a hydraulic press, a Hamar Laser L-703 laser measuring complex for monitoring the geometric parameters of the frame, and new devices for processing wheel-motor units. It has been established that the implementation of the proposed solutions ensures an increase in accuracy, reduction of locomotive downtime during repairs and a decrease in physical activity for personnel.
