Удосконалення технологічного процесу ремонту кожуха зубчатої передачі електровоза серії ВЛ11м в депо М

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота розкриває питання щодо удосконалення технологічного процесу ремонту кожуха зубчатої передачі електровоза серії ВЛ11м в депо М, а саме виготовлення та заміни несправних елементів кожуха. Об’єктом дослідження є кожух зубчастої передачі електровоза ВЛ11м. Предметом дослідження є удосконалення ремонту кожух зубчастої передачі електровоза ВЛ11м, розгляд питання виготовлення заміни несправних елементів кожуха. Результатами цієї роботи є виконані наступні завдання: - перегляд конструкції вантажного електровоза постійного струму ВЛ11м; - перегляд основних агрегатів, обладнання, вузлів електровоза; - огляд технічного стану електровозів ВЛ11м, аналіз непланових ремонтів та причин їх виникнення; - аналіз фактичного процесу ремонту кожухів зубчастої передачі, пропозиції щодо його удосконалення; - ремонт кожухів зубчастої передачі із заміною несправних його елементів; - переглянуто питання щодо стану охорони праці в депо М та надано рекомендації щодо його покращення. Практична цінність кваліфікаційної роботи полягає у можливості використання теоретичного матеріалу щодо ремонту кожухів зубчастих передач не тільки електровозів ВЛ11м, а й інших локомотивів на філії.The qualification work reveals the issue of improving the technological process of repairing the gear housing of the VL11m electric locomotive series in depot M, namely the manufacture and replacement of faulty elements of the housing. The object of the study is the gear housing of the VL11m electric locomotive. The subject of the study is the improvement of the repair of the gear housing of the VL11m electric locomotive, consideration of the issue of manufacturing and replacing faulty elements of the housing. The results of this work are the following tasks: - review of the design of the VL11m DC freight electric locomotive; - review of the main units, equipment, and components of the electric locomotive; - review of the technical condition of VL11m electric locomotives, analysis of unscheduled repairs and the causes of their occurrence; - analysis of the actual process of repairing gear housings, proposals for its improvement; - repair of gear housings with the replacement of its faulty elements; - the issue of labor protection in depot M was reviewed and recommendations were made for its improvement. The practical value of the qualification work lies in the possibility of using theoretical material on the repair of gear housings not only of VL11m electric locomotives, but also of other locomotives at the branch.
