Інформаційна система діагностування захворюваності у стоматології

Abstract

Сьогодні медицина – невід’ємна частина людського життя. Із появою нових технологій ця галузь почала свій стрімкий розвиток, підвищуючи якість та ефективність виявлення та лікування різноманітних захворювань. Особливо це стосується стоматології, де кожна деталь відіграє важливу роль. Лікування зубів займає багато часу, адже лікар повинен оглянути пацієнта, виявити проблеми, підготувати ліки, вилікувати зуби і крім того заповнити журнал обліку, який і сьогодні в багатьох клініках є в паперовому варіанті, а почерк у людей не завжди є достатньо читабельним. В стоматології фіксація даних клієнта виконується в спеціальній медичній карті, де записується інформація про стан кожного зуба, спосіб лікування, список відвідування, при необхідності ціна лікування, також основні дані самого пацієнта (ім’я, прізвище, по батькові, контактні дані, тощо). Видно, що документів необхідно заповнити досить багато. Попри те, що сьогодні у світі є багато технологій, які дозволяють спростити процес ведення подібних медичних карт, більшість клінік досі використовують паперовий варіант документів. Оскільки почерк людини не завжди є достатньо читабельним, виникає складність розгляду цих паперів, та унеможливлення отримання певної інформації. Також є висока ймовірність виникнення помилки під час заповнення паперів через неспокій, нервовість, зовнішні фактори які відволікають тощо. Тому виникає необхідність у розробці такої системи, яка буде зручна як для лікарів, так і для пацієнтів, та буде доступною для кожної стоматологічної клініки. Тому необхідна така система які вирішує проблеми ведення медичних карток пацієнтів та контролю стану здоров'я хворого. Об’єктом дослідження є діагностування захворюваності в стоматології. Предметом дослідження є механізм ведення медичних карт пацієнтів при тому, що пацієнт має можливість визначати перелік ймовірних діагнозів, а лікар може редагувати саму картку пацієнта. Метою даної роботи є розроблення інформаційної системи, що дозволяє вести електронну медичну карточку пацієнта стоматологічної клініки з додатковою функцією визначення імовірних діагнозів для спрощення роботи лікаря. У ході дослідження було розроблено інформаційну систему діагностування захворюваності у стоматології, що дозволяє приватним стоматологічним клінікам швидше та зручніше працювати з пацієнтами та контролювати їх стан. ?

With the advent of new technologies, this industry has begun its rapid development, improving the quality and efficiency of detection and treatment of various diseases. This is especially true of dentistry, where every detail plays an important role. Dental treatment takes a long time, because the doctor must examine the patient, identify problems, prepare medication, cure teeth and also fill out a journal, which is still available in many clinics in paper form, and people's handwriting is not always legible. In dentistry, the client's data is recorded in a special medical card, which records information about the condition of each tooth, method of treatment, list of visits, if necessary, the price of treatment, as well as basic patient data (name, surname, patronymic, contact details, etc.). It is clear that a lot of documents need to be filled out. Although there are many technologies in the world today that simplify the process of maintaining such medical records, most clinics still use the paper version of documents. Because human handwriting is not always legible enough, it is difficult to review these papers and make it impossible to obtain certain information. There is also a high probability of an error when filling out the paperwork due to anxiety, nervousness, external distractions and so on. Therefore, there is a need to develop a system that is convenient for both physicians and patients, and will be available to every dental clinic. Therefore such system which solves problems of conducting medical cards of patients and control of a state of health of the patient is necessary. In dentistry fixing of data of the client is carried out in the special medical card where the information on a condition of each tooth basic data of the patient (name, surname, patronymic, contact details, etc.). It is clear that a lot of documents need to be filled out. The object of study is to diagnose the disease in dentistry. The subject of the study is the mechanism of maintaining medical records of patients, although the patient has the opportunity to determine the list of probable diagnoses, and the doctor can edit the patient's card. The aim of this work is to develop an information system that allows to keep an electronic medical card of a patient in a dental clinic with an additional function of determining probable diagnoses to simplify the work of the doctor.
