Дослідження і розвиток пріоритетних напрямків технічної співпраці підприємств України та Австрії у сфері торгівлі автообладнанням

Abstract

В сучасних умовах технічна співпраця є не лише актуальною, а й стратегічно важливою складовою сталого розвитку підприємств. Вона дозволяє оптимізувати витрати, прискорити технологічні зміни та забезпечити конкурентні переваги як на національному, так і на міжнародному рівні. Розвиток технічної співпраці підприємств у сфері торгівлі автообладнанням є стратегічним напрямком, що допомагає досягати високої конкурентоспроможності та інноваційності в автопромисловості. Така співпраця стає все більш важливою через високі темпи технологічного прогресу, зростаючі вимоги екологічних стандартів і глобалізацію ринків. Технічна співпраця дозволяє підприємствам оптимізувати процеси виробництва, вдосконалювати продукцію, скорочувати витрати і розширювати присутність на світових ринках. Метою дослідження є розгляд, аналізування тенденцій розвитку пріоритетних напрямків технічної співпраці підприємств України та Австрії у сфері торгівлі автообладнанням, а також досягнення стратегічного показника, а саме збільшення величини сукупного прибутку на 1,16 %. Об’єктом дослідження є ТОВ «КПП-Центр», яке займається такими видами діяльності, як: повна або часткова діагностика коробок передач та редукторів; ремонт будь-якої складності коробок передач та редукторів; монтаж та демонтаж запчастин та агрегатів; підбір запчастин; інформаційна підтримка та консультація вузькопрофільних спеціалістів. Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних, науково-методичних положень та практичних рекомендацій щодо оптимізування логістичних витрат виробничих підприємств в умовах поглиблення міжнародної співпраці Методи: як метод теоретичного узагальнення та порівняння; формування таблиць, діаграм, графiкiв; cиcтeмнoгo аналiзy; пoрiвняльний; мeтoди cyчаcних кoмп’ютeрних тeхнoлoгiй oбрoбки; синтез; абстрагування; узагальнення; індукція; дедукція; систематизація; класифікація. Також економіко-математичні та статистичні методи. Для досягнення даної мети у роботі поставлені такі завдання: розглянути трактування та значення міжнародної технічної співпраці, її місце в діяльності виробничої бізнес-структури у сфері торгівлі автообладнанням в умовах поглиблення міжнародної співпраці, зокрема між Україною та Австрією; вивчити правове та нормативне регламентування пріоритетних напрямків міжнародної технічної співпраці підприємств України та Австрії у сфері торгівлі автообладнанням; проаналізувати макроекономічні показники МЕД між Україною та Австрією; зосередити акцент на мікроекономічному дослідженні бізнес-структури ТОВ «КПП-Центр» та на розвитку його напрямків міжнародної технічної співпраці; подати рекомендації щодо пріоритетних напрямків технічної співпраці даного підприємства у сфері торгівлі автообладнанням та запропонувати комплексний захід, враховуючи збільшення стратегічного показника - сукупного прибутку на 1,16 % , а також відповідно розрахувати та економічно обгрунтувати запропонований нами комплексний захід. Запропоновані та обґрунтовані у роботі рекомендації щодо розвитку пріоритетних напрямків технічної співпраці підприємств України та Австрії у сфері торгівлі автообладнанням, зокрема ТОВ «КПП-Центр». Отримані результати є основою для вдосконалення підприємницької діяльності та розвитку пріоритетних напрямків технічної співпраці підприємств у сфері торгівлі автообладнанням. Практична цінність висновків і рекомендацій може бути використана виробничими авторемонтними підприємствами, метою яких є розвиток пріоритетних напрямків технічної співпраці у сфері торгівлі автообладнанням Робота складається зі вступу, чотирьох розділів, висновків, списку використаних джерел, додатків. Such cooperation is becoming increasingly important due to the high pace of technological progress, increasing requirements for environmental standards and the globalization of markets. Technical cooperation allows enterprises to optimize production processes, improve products, reduce costs and expand their presence in global markets. The purpose of the study is to consider, analyze the trends in the development of priority areas of technical cooperation between enterprises of Ukraine and Austria in the field of trade in automotive equipment, as well as to achieve a strategic indicator, namely an increase in the amount of total profit by 1.16%. The object of the study is KPP-Center LLC, which is engaged in such activities as: full or partial diagnostics of gearboxes and gearboxes; repair of any complexity of gearboxes and gearboxes; installation and dismantling of spare parts and assemblies; selection of spare parts; information support and consultation of narrow-profile specialists. The subject of the study is a set of theoretical, scientific and methodological provisions and practical recommendations for optimizing logistics costs of production enterprises in the context of deepening international cooperation. To achieve this goal, the following tasks are set in the work: to consider the interpretation and significance of international technical cooperation, its place in the activities of the production business structure in the field of trade in automotive equipment in the context of deepening international cooperation, in particular between Ukraine and Austria; to study the legal and regulatory regulation of priority areas of international technical cooperation between enterprises of Ukraine and Austria in the field of trade in automotive equipment; to analyze the macroeconomic indicators of the MED between Ukraine and Austria; to focus on the microeconomic study of the business structure of KPP-Center LLC and on the development of its areas of international technical cooperation; to submit recommendations on the priority areas of technical cooperation of this enterprise in the field of trade in automotive equipment and to propose a comprehensive measure, taking into account the increase in the strategic indicator - total profit by 1.16%, as well as to calculate and economically justify the proposed comprehensive measure accordingly. Recommendations for the development of priority areas of technical cooperation between enterprises of Ukraine and Austria in the field of trade in automotive equipment, in particular LLC "KPP-Center" are proposed and substantiated in the work. The results obtained are the basis for improving entrepreneurial activity and developing priority areas of technical cooperation of enterprises in the field of trade in automotive equipment.
