Технічне переоснащення візкового відділення депо К

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена технічному переоснащенню візкового відділення локомотивного депо К з метою підвищення ефективності та надійності ремонту рам візків тепловозів. Об'єктом дослідження є процес технічного обслуговування та ремонту екіпажної частини локомотивів. Предметом роботи є технології та технічні засоби модернізації ремонтного процесу. В роботі проаналізовано технічний стан рам візків, основні дефекти та методи їх виявлення, розглянуто впровадження системи лазерного контролю геометрії рам, випробувальної машини для ресор і пружин AURA ARCO та фрезерного модуля МФ-024. Розроблено технічне рішення для оснащення цеху ПР-3, що дозволяє підвищити якість ремонту, знизити трудомісткість операцій та скоротити витрати. Наведено розрахунок показників надійності екіпажної частини локомотивів, обґрунтовано доцільність модернізації буксового вузла із застосуванням гідрофедерів.

The qualification thesis is dedicated to the technical modernization of the bogie workshop at locomotive depot K, aimed at improving the efficiency and reliability of bogie frame repairs for diesel locomotives. The object of the research is the process of maintenance and repair of the locomotive running gear. The subject of the study is the technologies and technical means for modernizing the repair process. The thesis analyzes the technical condition of bogie frames, identifies the main defects and methods for their detection, and considers the implementation of a laser measurement system for frame geometry, the AURA ARCO spring and leaf spring testing machine, and the MF-024 milling module. A technical solution has been developed for equipping the PR-3 workshop, which allows improving the repair quality, reducing labor intensity, and lowering operational costs. The reliability indicators of the locomotive running gear are calculated, and the feasibility of modernizing the axlebox unit through the use of hydrofeeders is substantiated.
