Abstract

У магістерській кваліфікаційній роботі на тему «Розробка технології одержання маски проти куперозу на основі муцину равлика Achatina fulica» висвітлено теоретичну інформацію про купероз, його етіологію та способи лікування, застосування препаратів на основі муцину равлика, описано методику розробки та перевірки основних властивостей маски, розкрито основні технологічні аспекти виробництва, проведено розрахунок та опис типової виробничої лінії та наведено основні економічні розрахунки вартості одиниці продукту.The master's thesis on ‘Development of a technology for producing an anti-couperose mask based on Achatina fulica snail mucin’ covers theoretical information about couperose, its etiology and treatment methods, the use of snail mucin-based products, describes the methodology for developing and testing the main properties of the mask, reveals the main technological aspects of production, calculates and describes a typical production line, and provides basic economic calculations of the cost per unit of product.
