Abstract

Основною перевагою ІС перед іншими є та особливість що вона дає можливість взаємодії між орендарем та орендодавцем житла без посередників. Вона також діятиме як місце, де можна буде переглянути доступні місця оренди. Система містить інформацію про варіанти квартир, розташованих у конкретному місті. Система може гнучко конфігуруватися з врахуванням потреб замовників, і специфіки житлового фонду населеного пункту. Пошук житла для оренди представляються у зручній для користувача формі. Система представляє зручний у використанні інтерфейс для непрофесійних користувачів. При впровадженні системи покращується зручність як для власників житла так і для орендарів. Система орієнтована на специфіку і потреби міст Україні. Система оснащена поштовою скринькою, що дозволяє легко контактувати між потенційними клієнтами орендаря та орендодавця, а також функцією перегляду квартир. Інформаційна система написана на мові Python разом із фреймворком Django. Графічний дизайн проекту був розроблений з використанням HTML, CSS та JS. середовищем розробки є Visual Studio Code і PyCharm. Інші інструменти, які були використані для створення ІС включають draw.io, sqliteonline.com та систему управління базами даних SQLite. Проведено перевірку та аналіз оцінки фукціональності прототипу ІС на контрольному прикладі, що дало змогу оцінити можливості реалізувати систему в повному обсязі. Робота виконанана згідно вимог методичних вказівок. Описано архітектури, модулі та методи, які містить система. Створений прототип інформаційної системи має модульну архітектуру і забезпечує безпеку та безперебійне функціонування та можливості до розширення функціональних можливостей роботи. В цілому система буде мати попит на ринку послуг з оренди житла в Україні і може принести чималі прибутки в майбутньому, якщо її доопрацювати до рівня комерційного варіанту. Це дало змогу реалізувати головний функціонал інформаційної системи надання консультацій з вибору в оренду житла, що у свою чергу приведе до зменшення затрат часу і ресурсів на пошук та вибір необхідного житла для потребуючих громадян нашої країни.

Метою роботи є вирішення проблеми пошуку житла шляхом створення прототипу інформаційної система підтримки оренди квартир. Об’єктом дослідження є процеси розробки ІС надання консультацій з оренди житла. Предметом дослідження є покращення комунікації на усіх рівнях, які задіяні в оренді житла.
