Розширена анотація. Актуальність теми дослідження. Ефективне виконання аптечними мережами логістичних функцій організування та технологічного забезпечення просування лікарських препаратів та продукції медичного призначення у просторі та часі потребує розробки ефективного механізму логістичного забезпечення [4]. Застосування інноваційного підходу у розробці складових механізму логістичного забезпечення дозволить створити контрольоване і регульоване середовище для підвищення ефективності взаємодії окремих суб’єктів торговельної мережі та підвищення їх адаптаційної здатності до трансформації чинників зовнішнього та внутрішнього середовища [5; 7]. Теоретико-прикладні положення удосконалення логістичного забезпечення торговельних мереж, в тому числі у фармації, віднайшли відображення у працях [1; 2], в яких розкрито зміст та особливості логістичної діяльності підприємств та створюваних ними механізмів логістичного забезпечення. Розробка напрямів імплементації інновацій у процеси формування механізмів логістичного забезпечення за для їх подальшого удосконалення наведено у працях [3; 6]. Мета дослідження – дослідити теоретико-прикладні засади та надати практичні рекомендацій щодо напрямів удосконалення логістичного забезпечення аптечної мережі на роздрібному фармацевтичному ринку в умовах нестабільності. Об’єктом дослідження є діяльність ТОВ «Подорожник Київ», яке працює на роздрібному фармацевтичному ринку України. Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних та прикладних положень щодо напрямів удосконалення логістичного забезпечення ТОВ “Подорожник Київ” у період економічної невизначеності та загострення 5 внутрішньогалузевої конкурентної боротьби за ринки збуту лікарських препаратів. Результати дослідження. На основі розгляду цілей формування складових логістичного забезпечення, яке дозволить підвищити ефективність управління діяльністю аптечних мереж в умовах економічної невизначеності, ідентифіковано чинники протидії упровадженню системи стратегічного управління та її логістичного забезпечення, розглянуто специфіку побудови напрямів стратегічного розвитку інтегрованої аптечної мережі на засадах логістики. Представлено результати SWOT-аналізу роздрібного фармацевтичного ринку України та результати аналізу виробничо-господарської та фінансової діяльності ТОВ “Подорожник Київ”. Елементами аналізу логістичної діяльності ТОВ “Подорожник Київ” виступили аналіз етапів логістичної діяльності ТОВ “Подорожник Київ”; аналізу ефективності управління запасами торговельної мережі та їх впливу на активи; аналізу ефективності збутової політики та логістичної діяльності в аспекті вивчення товароруху та політики розподілу, аналізу упроваджених стандартів логістичного сервісу аптечних закладів. На основі аналізу ефективності збутової діяльності на засадах логістики ТОВ «Подорожник Київ» проведено аналіз товарообороту підприємств-учасників роздрібної мережі ТОВ «Подорожник Київ» із застосуванням ABC–аналізу, запропоновано спеціалізацію логістичного сервісу для торговельних аптечних закладів груп А та С ТОВ «Подорожник Київ», а також запропоновано складові стратегічної карти та ключові показники за видами логістичної діяльності для потреб контролінгу аптечної мережі ТОВ «Подорожник Київ» як складових системи її логістичного забезпечення.Mytryk N.V., Shandrivska O.Ye. Based on the consideration of the goals of forming the components of logistics support, which will increase the efficiency of managing the activities of pharmacy chains in conditions of economic uncertainty, the factors of counteracting the introduction of a strategic management system and its logistics support are identified, the specifics of building the directions of strategic development of an integrated pharmacy chain on the basis of logistics are considered. The results of the SWOT-analysis of the retail pharmaceutical market of Ukraine and the results of the analysis of production, economic and financial activities at “Podorozhnyk Kyiv” LLC are presented. The elements of the analysis of the logistics activities at “Podorozhnyk Kyiv” LLC are: analysis of the stages of logistics activities at “Podorozhnyk Kyiv” LLC; analysis of the efficiency of inventory management of the retail network and their impact on assets; analysis of the efficiency of sales policy and logistics activities in terms of studying the goods flow and distribution policy, analysis of the implemented standards of logistics service of pharmacies. Based on the analysis of the efficiency of sales activities on the basis of logistics at “Podorozhnyk Kyiv” LLC, the analysis of the turnover of enterprises-participants of the retail network at “Podorozhnyk Kyiv” LLC with the use of ABC-analysis is carried out, specialization of logistics service for retail pharmacies of groups A, C at “Podorozhnyk Kyiv” LLC is proposed, and the components of the strategic map and key indicators by type of logistics activity for the needs of controlling the pharmacy network at “Podorozhnyk Kyiv” LLC as components of its logistics system are proposed.
