Abstract
The general plan of the production workshop, which is located on the territory of the cannery, was developed taking into account sanitary and technical conditions and fire safety standards. The functionality of the plant itself was also taken into account, taking into account the direction of prevailing winds. Placing the administrative and household building on the leeward side provides protection against harmful emissions from the production workshop.
The territory on which the agricultural enterprise is being built in the city of Nemyriv, Vinnytsia region is located near the highway.
The plant is an independent production complex with all buildings and structures necessary for the technological process
Adjacent to the designed Production Shop is the administrative and household building, which is a separate building with its own structural scheme. On the general plan, the Production plant and the ABK are located to the northeast of the freeway.
The overall dimensions of the production part of the building: width – 48 m, length – 54.5 m, total height – 10.4 m. The pitch of the shop's columns is 6.0 m. The shop has a canopy measuring 12x48 m, where raw materials are loaded and glass containers are assembled. The grade of the floor of the warehouse is -0.600 m. Ramps are provided for the movement of vehicles in the warehouse. Floor marking of other premises ±0.000.
Under the metal columns of the frame part of the house, separate stepped monolithic foundations made of C8/10 concrete are designed. The size of the base of the foundation in the plan is 1800*1800 mm, the total height is 1300 mm, the step height is 300 mm. Laying depth -- -1,800. At the mark of the top of the foundation (-0.500), a dressing with cement mortar is arranged. At the -1.200 mark, concrete pillars are installed on the foundation step, along which at the -0.370 mark, prefabricated foundation beams are laid (along the axes "A" and "E").
Along the axes "3, 4, 13", along the axis "B, D" between the axes "12-13" under the brick walls, strip monolithic foundations made of concrete class C12/15 with a width of 500 mm are designed. The bottom mark is -1.65.
At the -0.030 mark, horizontal waterproofing of M100 cement mortar is arranged above the foundation beams.
In the metal frame, individual through columns are used, which consist of profile angles 75*75*7 connected by slats. The material of the column is StVSt3kp2 grade steel. The length of the column is 5.28 m (axes "A, E") and 7.95 m (axes "B, G"), the size of the cross section is 320*320 mm.
In the administrative and household building, a floor made of prefabricated reinforced concrete circular hollow panels measuring 1.2*6.0m is adopted, which rest on load-bearing brick walls along the axes "12" and "13".
In the production building, a covering made of steel galvanized profiled flooring of the brand H-60845-0.7 is designed. A layer of vapor barrier is laid over it, on top of it is insulation made of mineral wool plates with a thickness of 100 mm. and euro roofing material.
In the administrative and domestic building, the covering is made of prefabricated reinforced concrete circular hollow panels measuring 1.2*6.0 m. A layer of vapor barrier and 100 mm thick mineral wool boards are placed over the slabs. Above - a cement screed with a thickness of 20 mm and on top - Euro roofing material.
The outer surface of the walls is plastered with a cement-sand mortar, and the inner surface is plastered with a lime-sand mortar. In the premises of industrial and administrative buildings with wet processes, the walls are covered with facing tiles - to the full height in the shower rooms, washrooms, filtration and separator compartments and to a height of 1.8 m in the enzyme processing, bottling, press compartment. In the corridors and vestibules, a plastic panel is arranged to a height of 1.6 m. The ceilings are smoothed with gypsum putty and painted with water-emulsion paint in 2 times. A 1 m wide area of cement tiles is arranged around the house.
The construction site is fenced around the perimeter. The master plan envisages temporary roads with a width of 6.0 m, the radius of which is 15.0 m. Roads are expected to be widened in places where vehicles are unloaded. A gate and a barrier are designed for exiting and entering the budgenplan. Temporary buildings are designed in the master plan: sanitary and household premises, temporary warehouses. Provision is made for the arrangement of temporary premises, temporary lighting lines, water supply, temporary power grids, and sewerage. Danger zones of the crane are marked with signs.
The diploma project consists of 11 working drawings in A1 format, among which four sheets refer to the architectural and construction section (general plan, facades, plans, sections, nodes), four sheets are the calculated structural section, in which four structures are calculated (roof, column, foundations , floor slab), three more sheets - the technological and organizational section, where the budget plan, the technological map for masonry walls and the calendar plan for the execution of all the main works at the facility are completed.
