Abstract

Відродження аналогової фотографії як популярного тренду відродило потребу в інформаційній системі для ефективного управління та організації обробки і замовлення фотографічних послуг у мережі фото лабораторій. Оскільки все більше людей захоплюються унікальною естетикою і тактильними відчуттями плівкової фотографії, попит на спрощені та автоматизовані процеси стає критично важливим для задоволення зростаючого інтересу і забезпечення безперебійного обслуговування клієнтів. Крім того, переваги цієї системи виходять за межі фотоіндустрії. Вона також може принести користь іншим галузям, таким як реклама, маркетинг та ЗМІ, забезпечуючи високоякісний друк фотографій для професійних фотографів, виставок та рекламних додатків. Об’єктом дослідження є інформаційні процеси організації обробки та замовлення фотополіграфічних послуг у мережі фото лабораторій. Предметом дослідження є програмні засоби та методи для створення та організації обробки та замовлень фотополіграфічних послуг у мережі фото лабораторій. Метою дослідження є розробка надійної інформаційної системи, адаптованої під потреби мережі фото лабораторій. Ця система полегшить вибір та організацію фотопослуг, пропонуючи клієнтам зручну платформу для створення замовлень та налаштування їх параметрів. В рамках бакалаврської кваліфікаційної роботи розроблено інформаційну систему мережі фото лабораторій. Робота включала детальний аналіз предметної області, в результаті якої були визначені ключові характеристики та вимоги до інформаційної системи. Застосування методів системного аналізу, таких як дерево цілей, метод аналітичної ієрархії, методологія IDEF0 та Workflow-діаграми, сприяло конкретизації функціонування системи, встановленню взаємозв'язків та пріоритетів процесів. Вибір відповідних програмних засобів і технологій був здійснений з урахуванням вимог, що дозволило зекономити час і ресурси на розробку, впровадження та підтримку системи. Структура бази даних і розроблена система були описані. Створена інструкція користувача надає детальну інформацію про функціональні можливості, особливості та обмеження системи. Аналіз контрольного прикладу дозволив перевірити працездатність системи та виявити можливі помилки або недоліки, які можуть бути виправлені для поліпшення продуктивності системи. Результатом дослідження є створена ефективна і зручна інформаційна система мережі фото лабораторій.The resurgence of analog photography as a popular trend has revived the need for an information system to effectively manage and organize the processing and ordering of photographic services in a network of photo laboratories. As more and more people are drawn to the unique aesthetics and tactile sensations of film photography, the demand for simplified and automated processes is becoming critical to meet the growing interest and ensure uninterrupted customer service. Moreover, the benefits of this system go beyond the photography industry. It can also benefit other industries, such as advertising, marketing, and media, by providing high-quality photo printing for professional photographers, exhibitions, and promotional applications. The object of the research is the information processes of organizing the processing and ordering of photographic services in a network of photo laboratories. The subject of the research is software tools and methods for creating and organizing the processing and ordering of photographic services in a network of photo laboratories. The goal of the research is to develop a reliable information system adapted to the needs of a network of photo laboratories. This system will facilitate the selection and organization of photographic services by offering customers a convenient platform for creating orders and customizing their parameters. As part of my bachelor's qualification work, I developed an information system of the network of photo laboratories. The work included a detailed analysis of the subject area, which resulted in the identification of key characteristics and requirements for the information system. The use of system analysis methods, such as goal tree, analytical hierarchy method, IDEF0 methodology and workflow diagrams, helped to specify the functioning of the system, establish interrelationships and priorities of processes. The choice of appropriate software tools and technologies was made taking into account the requirements, which saved time and resources for the development, implementation and support of the system. The database structure and the developed system were described. The created user manual provides detailed information about the functionality, features and limitations of the system. The analysis of the benchmark example allowed us to test the system's performance and identify possible errors or deficiencies that could be corrected to improve the system's performance. The result of the research is an effective and convenient information system of the network of photo laboratories.
