Інформаційна система обліку випускників кафедри

Abstract

Метою роботи є набуття знань про технологічні та методичні основи будови інформаційних систем та оволодіння навичками їх використання на основі побудови інформаційно-пошукової системи «Випускники кафедри». Об’єкт дослідження: процес розроблення інформаційних систем; Предмет дослідження: технології та засоби побудови інформаційної системи обліку випускників кафедри. Згідно до мети дипломного проєкту було розглянуто такі задачі: визначити актуальність предметної області, для якої розробляється мобільний додаток та провести її аналіз; спроєктувати інформаційно-пошукову систему «Випускники кафедри» здійснити вибір середовищ та засобів для практичної реалізації інформаційно-пошукової системи; здійснити програмну реалізацію інформаційно-пошукової системи «Випускники кафедри» Під час виконання випускової роботи було проведено аналіз поняття інформаційної системи, досліджено їх функції та класифікацію. Розглянуто такий тип інформаційних систем, як інформаційно-пошукові системи. Вивчено основні визначення і поняття, загальні принципи побудови інформаційно-пошукових систем, основні способи пошуку інформації в традиційних інформаційно-пошукових системах та інформаційно-пошукових системах для Internet. Проведено аналіз функціональних можливостей основних багатомовних інформаційно-пошукових систем (Google, Bing, Yahoo!) та сервісів з пошуку інформації від українських розробників (Мета, Ukr.net, Search.com.ua). Проведено проектування інформаційно-пошукової системи «Випускники кафедри». Розроблено інформаційно-пошукову систему «Випускники кафедри», який дозволяє користувачу переглядати дані про випускників кафедри; проводити дії над записами про випускників (редагувати дані, видаляти дані); створювати нові записи про випускників; сортувати дані про випускників; здійснювати пошук необхідних даних.The purpose of the work is to acquire knowledge about the technological and methodical foundations of the structure of information systems and to master the skills of their use based on the construction of the "Alumni of the Department" information and search system. Object of research: the process of developing information systems; The subject of research: technologies and means of building an information system for accounting of graduates of the department. According to the goal of the diploma project, the following tasks were considered: to determine the relevance of the subject area for which the mobile application is being developed and to conduct its analysis; to design the information and search system "Alumni of the department" to carry out the selection of environments and means for the practical implementation of the information and search system; implement the software implementation of the information and search system "Graduates of the Department" During the graduation work, the concept of information system was analyzed, their functions and classification were investigated. Such type of information systems as information search systems are considered. Basic definitions and concepts, general principles of building information and search systems, basic ways of searching for information in traditional information and search systems and information and search systems for the Internet are studied . An analysis of the functionality of the main multilingual information and search systems ( Google , Bing, Yahoo! ) and information search services from Ukrainian developers ( Meta , Ukr.net, Search.com.ua ) was carried out. The information and search system "Graduates of the Department" was designed. The information and search system "Graduates of the department" was developed , which allows the user to view data about graduates of the department; perform actions on records about graduates (edit data, delete data); create new records about graduates; sort data about graduates; search for the necessary data.
