Abstract

Процесу формування заходів, спрямованих на покращання ресурсного забезпечення виробничої діяльності будівельно-ремонтної компанії, має передувати її всеосяжна та глибока діагностика. Лише завдяки її результатам стає можливим повноцінно виявити приховані резерви для підвищення ефективності

використання наявних ресурсів, а також точно визначити потреби ремонтно- будівельної компанії у додаткових ресурсах будь-якого спрямування, включаючи

ті, що відзначаються вищою якістю. Комплексне застосування таких ресурсів нерідко зумовлює необхідність впровадження масштабних програм технічного переоснащення організації. Проте, як демонструє досвід вітчизняної економічної сфери, значна частина будівельно-ремонтних компаній не приділяє належної уваги оптимізації ресурсного забезпечення своєї діяльності. Центральною метою даної магістерської роботи визначено формування науково обґрунтованих рекомендацій, спрямованих на підвищення якості ресурсного забезпечення господарської діяльності ремонтно-будівельної компанії. Виконане поглиблене вивчення теоретичних та методологічних засад ресурсного забезпечення функціонування підприємства. Визначено ключові орієнтирів економічного менеджменту виробничих ресурсів, що застосовуються в будівельно-ремонтних компаніях. Здійснено детальний аналіз поточної практики використання ресурсів у компанії «Будрем». Проведення кількісного оцінювання кореляції між обсягом виробничих ресурсів, ефективністю їхнього використання та кінцевими результатами діяльності ремонтно-будівельної компанії «Будрем». Здійснена діагностика фактичного стану використання окремих виробничих ресурсів у будівельно-ремонтній компанії «Будрем». Розроблено конкретні

заходи, спрямовані на оптимізацію використання економічних ресурсів ремонтно- будівельної компанії "Будрем".

Об'єктом цього дослідження виступає процес економічного управління ресурсами будівельно-ремонтної компанії. Предметом дослідження є сукупність функціональних аспектів, методів, засобів та інструментів, що застосовуються в економічному управлінні ресурсами ремонтно-будівельної компанії. Наукова новизна цієї роботи полягає у вдосконаленні підходів до раціоналізації чисельності штату працівників підприємства. Під час написання цієї роботи застосовувалися такі наукові методи, як: аналіз і синтез, індукція і дедукція, узагальнення, моделювання, абстрагування, оптимізація та інші. Зокрема, встановлено, що процес раціоналізації управлінського апарату спрямований на скорочення операційних витрат, що, своєю чергою, передбачає мінімізацію штату фахівців у системі управління. В якості критерію такої оптимізації слугує необхідний обсяг часових затрат, потрібних для виконання функцій управлінського циклу. Водночас, ключовим обмеженням виступає річний фонд робочого часу спеціалістів. Ключовим пріоритетом є досягнення значно вищого ступеня ефективності використання робочого часу персоналом нашої ремонтно-будівельної компанії. Дане підприємство володіє істотним невикористаним потенціалом для поліпшення застосування робочого часу своїх працівників. Імплементація сформованих рекомендацій щодо визначення оптимальних обсягів запасів будівельних матеріалів, виробів та конструкцій, необхідних для виконання планових обсягів робіт ремонтно-будівельною компанією ПП «Будрем» у 2025 році, сприятиме істотному підвищенню ефективності її виробничо-економічної

діяльності за рахунок оптимізації розміру оборотних засобів даної будівельно- ремонтної компанії, котрі інвестовані в її виробничі запаси.The process of forming measures aimed at improving the resource support of the production activities of a construction and repair company should be preceded by its comprehensive and in-depth diagnostics. Only thanks to its results it becomes possible to fully identify hidden reserves for increasing the efficiency of using available resources, as well as to accurately determine the needs of a repair and construction company in additional resources of any direction, including those of higher quality. The complex use of such resources often necessitates the implementation of large-scale programs for the technical re-equipment of the organization. However, as the experience of the domestic economic sphere demonstrates, a significant part of construction and repair companies does not pay due attention to optimizing the resource support of their activities. The central goal of this master's thesis is the formation of scientifically based recommendations aimed at improving the quality of resource support for the economic activities of the repair and construction company. An in-depth study of the theoretical and methodological principles of resource support for the functioning of the enterprise has been carried out. Key guidelines for the economic management of production resources used in construction and repair companies have been determined. A detailed analysis of the current practice of using resources in the Budrem company has been carried out. A quantitative assessment of the correlation between the volume of production resources, the efficiency of their use and the final results of the activities of the Budrem repair and construction company has been carried out. A diagnosis of the actual state of use of individual production resources in the Budrem construction and repair company has been carried out. Specific

7 measures have been developed aimed at optimizing the use of economic resources in the Budrem repair and construction company. The object of this study is the process of economic management of resources in the construction and repair company. The subject of the study is a set of functional aspects, methods, tools and instruments used in the economic management of resources of a repair and construction company. The scientific novelty of this work lies in improving approaches to rationalizing the number of employees of the enterprise. When writing this work, the following scientific methods were used: analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, generalization, modeling, abstraction, optimization and others. In particular, it was established that the process of rationalizing the management apparatus is aimed at reducing operating costs, which, in turn, involves minimizing the number of specialists in the management system. The criterion for such optimization is the required amount of time required to perform the functions of the management cycle. At the same time, the key limitation is the annual fund of working hours of specialists. The key priority is to achieve a significantly higher degree of efficiency in the use of working time by the personnel of our repair and construction company. This enterprise has significant untapped potential for improving the use of its employees' working time. The implementation of the recommendations for determining the optimal volumes of stocks of building materials, products and structures necessary for the planned volume of work by the repair and construction company PE "Budrem" in 2025 will contribute to a significant increase in the efficiency of its production and economic activities by optimizing the size of the current assets of this construction and repair company invested in its production stocks.
