Удосконалення технології ремонту колісних пар тепловозів

Abstract

Одним з базових економічних комплексів України являється залізничний транспорт, головною задачею якого є доставлення вантажів та пасажирів за місцем призначення. Для вирішення цієї складної задачі необхідно в даний час і переоснащення ремонтної бази депо. Одними з найбільших експлуатаційних витрат являються витрати на ремонт ходової частини рухомого складу залізниць. Тому у бакалаврській роботі вирішується задача удосконалення технології ремонту колпар тепловозів за рахунок впровадження нових засобів вимірювання технічних параметрів колісних пар. Об’єкт дослідження – процес ремонту колісних пар тепловозів . Предмет дослідження – методи та технології проведення контролю технічного стану при ремонті колісних пар локомотивів. Мета дослідження – підвищення ресурсу колісних пар тепловозів за рахунок удосконалення технології їх ремонту в умовах депо. За результатами кваліфікаційної роботи виконано такі задачі досліджень: - проведено аналіз конструкцій колісних пар тепловозів, їх несправностей та причин виникнення; - розроблено заходи по підвищенню надійності колісних пар за рахунок удосконалення їх ремонту; - розроблено заходи по удосконаленню технології ремонту колісних пар тепловозів за рахунок впровадження нових засобів вимірювань та контролю. В результаті аналізу несправностей КП була виконана їх класифікація по основним елементам. Для даних несправностей елементів колісних пар були визначені причини їх виникнення та розроблені заходи по їх усуненню. Із запропонованих заходів експертним методом був вибраний захід покращення технології ремонту КП. Регламентовано, що ремонти для КП в основному виконують на ПР-3 та КР. Обточку бандажів виконують на ТО-4, яке в основному проводять разом з ТО-3 або ПР-1. При цьому КП не викочують з-під тепловозу. Аналіз існуючої технології ремонту колісних пар показав, що для кожного виду свідоцтва існує своя технологія. Технологія звичайного освідчення входить етапом в технологію повного освідчення колісної пари. Розглянуті існуючі заходи по удосконаленню технології ремонту колісних пар. To solve this complex problem, it is currently necessary to re-equip the depot repair base. One of the largest operating costs is the cost of repairing the running gear of railway rolling stock. Therefore, the bachelor's thesis solves the problem of improving the technology of repairing diesel locomotive wheel sets by introducing new means of measuring the technical parameters of wheelsets. The object of the study is the process of repairing diesel locomotive wheel sets. The subject of the study is methods and technologies for monitoring the technical condition during the repair of locomotive wheel sets. The purpose of the study is to increase the resource of diesel locomotive wheel sets by improving the technology of their repair in depot conditions. According to the results of the qualification work, the following research tasks were completed: - an analysis of the designs of diesel locomotive wheel sets, their malfunctions and causes of occurrence was carried out; - measures were developed to increase the reliability of wheelsets by improving their repair; - measures were developed to improve the technology of repairing diesel locomotive wheelsets by introducing new measuring and control devices. As a result of the analysis of the faults of the gearbox, their classification by main elements was performed. For these faults of the elements of the wheelsets, the causes of their occurrence were determined and measures were developed to eliminate them. From the proposed measures, a measure to improve the technology of repairing the gearbox was selected by expert method. It is regulated that repairs for the gearbox are mainly performed on PR-3 and KR. Band turning is performed on TO-4, which is mainly carried out together with TO-3 or PR-1. In this case, the gearbox is not rolled out from under the locomotive. Analysis of the existing technology of repairing the gearboxes showed that for each type of certificate there is its own technology. The technology of ordinary certification is a stage in the technology of full certification of the gearbox. Existing measures to improve the technology of repairing the gearboxes are considered. It is proposed to improve the technology by using modern non-contact measuring instruments in the process of repairing wheelsets..
