Реабілітаційний центр в Мукачеві

Abstract

У даній дипломній роботі розглядається проєкт реабілітаційного центру на існуючій ділянці з урахуванням чіткого технічного завдання. Проведено аналіз містобудівних умов, нормативних обмежень та архітектурно-планувальних рішень. Особливу увагу приділено опису функціонального зонування з урахуванням потреб маломобільних груп населення, що стало основою для створення раціональної, логічної структури споруди. Було розглянуто приклади національних та закордонних споруд цього типу, для забезпечення якісного аналізу та подальшого проектування. Унікальність даної архітектурної концепції полягає у втопленні будівлі в складний природній рельєф. Значну увагу приділено дотриманню принципів інклюзивного дизайну в умовах складного рельєфу, що забезпечує повноцінну доступність усіх функціональний зон для осіб з інвалідністю та інших відвідувачів з обмеженими можливостями.This thesis deals with the design of a rehabilitation center on an existing site, taking into account a clear technical task. The analysis of urban planning conditions, regulatory restrictions and architectural and planning solutions was carried out. Particular attention was paid to the description of functional zoning, taking into account the needs of people with limited mobility, which became the basis for creating a rational, logical structure of the building. Examples of national and foreign buildings of this type were considered to ensure a qualitative analysis and further design. The uniqueness of this architectural concept lies in the building's recess into a complex natural relief. Considerable attention is paid to compliance with the principles of inclusive design in difficult terrain, which ensures full accessibility of all functional areas for people with disabilities and other visitors with disabilities.
