Проєкт мистецького центру в просторах палацу на вул. Т. Шевченка, 26 у м. Стрий, Львівської обл.

Abstract

У межах дипломного проєкту розроблено концепцію реставрації однієї з найстаріших споруд міста Стрий — палацу-пам’ятки початку ХІХ століття, відомого як «Палац Марисі». Об’єкт є пам’яткою архітектури місцевого значення у стилі класицизму з датуванням 1822 роком (на основі напису на сонячному годиннику у дворі). Будинок є складовою історичної забудови центральної частини міста. Протягом свого існування будівля виконувала функції адміністративного центру, школи, пізніше — санітарно-епідеміологічної станції. Згодом, через втрату функціональності, вона опинилася в аварійному стані та нині не використовується. Споруда зазнала змін через вирівнювання вуличного рельєфу. Проєкт має на меті реставрацію палацу й активне його включення у сучасне культурне життя міста шляхом створення мистецького центру. Ідея передбачає інтеграцію маєтку, території за ним і прилеглого громадського простору в єдине середовище. Важливим є логічне поєднання ділянки з історичною площею та дорогою, що веде до вокзалу. Заплановано можливість перекриття окремих ділянок автошляху для облаштування пішохідної зони — за аналогією до центру міста Львова. Усередині палацу планується створення виставкових просторів, залу для майстер-класів, художніх подій, а також кафе. На території позаду маєтку буде влаштовано амфітеатр та зону відпочинку. Колишню будівлю конюшні передбачається підлаштувати на зал, де відбуватимуться кінопокази, лекції та презентації. Таким чином, реалізація проєкту має забезпечити нове життя палацу-пам’ятці Марисі, перетворивши його на активний осередок культурного та громадського життя.Within the framework of the diploma project, the concept of restoration of one of the oldest buildings in the city of Stryi, the palace-monument of the early 19th century, known as the "Marysi Palace," was developed. The object is an architectural monument of local importance in the style of classicism dating from 1822 (based on the inscription on a sundial in the courtyard). The house is a component of the historical development of the central part of the city. Throughout its existence, the building served as an administrative center, a school, and later as a sanitary-epidemiological station. Subsequently, due to loss of functionality, it was in disrepair and is now not used. The structure has undergone changes due to the alignment of the street relief. The project aims to restore the palace and actively incorporate it into the modern cultural life of the city by creating an art center. The idea involves the integration of the estate, the territory behind it and the adjacent public space into a single environment. The logical combination of the site with the historical square and the road leading to the station is important. It is planned to block certain sections of the road for the arrangement of the pedestrian zone - by analogy with the city center of Lviv. Inside the palace, it is planned to create exhibition spaces, a hall for master classes, art events, as well as a cafe. On the territory behind the estate will be arranged amphitheater and recreation area. The former building of the stable is supposed to be adjusted to the hall, where film screenings, lectures and presentations will take place. Thus, the implementation of the project should provide a new life for the palace-monument of Marisa, turning it into an active center of cultural and public life.
