Планування витрат і доходів є ключовим елементом управлінського обліку, який спрямований на майбутнє й тісно інтегрований у загальну систему управління підприємством. Ефективне фінансове планування не обмежується окремими етапами, а охоплює стратегічні напрями розвитку, бізнес-процеси та механізми бюджетування. Всі ці компоненти в сукупності забезпечують узгоджене функціонування підприємства та дозволяють ухвалювати обґрунтовані управлінські рішення, орієнтовані на довгострокову перспективу [1-2]. Розглядаючи позиції різних авторів, можна зробити висновок, що планування доходів і витрат розглядається ними як невід’ємна складова сучасного фінансового управління, яка повинна бути не лише формальною частиною звітності, а активним інструментом стратегічного розвитку підприємства. Дослідники підкреслюють, що цей процес має бути гнучким, безперервним і адаптивним, з урахуванням як внутрішніх, так і зовнішніх факторів впливу. Вони також наголошують на важливості інтеграції планування у систему контролінгу, аби досягати не лише поточних, але й довгострокових цілей підприємства. Таким чином, ефективне управління доходами й витратами трактується як динамічний процес, який дає змогу оперативно реагувати на зміни, раціонально розподіляти ресурси та підтримувати стабільність бізнесу в умовах ринкової невизначеності [3-8]. Об?єкт дослідження – процес формування та регулювання доходів і витрат підприємства, що виступає важливою складовою його фінансово-господарської діяльності. Предмет дослідження – інструменти та методологічні підходи до організації процесу планування доходів і витрат, що використовуються або можуть бути впроваджені в діяльність ТОВ «Модус СВ» для підвищення ефективності фінансового управління. Мета дослідження: обґрунтування напрямів удосконалення процесу планування доходів і витрат на підприємстві ТОВ «Модус СВ» з урахуванням галузевої специфіки та зовнішніх економічних чинників, а також розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо підвищення результативності фінансового управління. У першому розділі було досліджено загальні поняття планування доходів і витрат, визначено, що правильно організоване планування дозволяє підприємству завчасно виявляти можливі ризики, прогнозувати майбутні фінансові результати та оптимально розподіляти ресурси. У другому розділі, було проаналізовано фінансовий стан досліджуваного підприємства за допомогою горизонтального, вертикального та коефіцієнтного аналізу, на основі результатів зроблені висновки щодо сильних та слабких сторін.

Planning of expenses and income is a key element of management accounting, which is aimed at the future and is closely integrated into the overall management system of the enterprise. Effective financial planning is not limited to individual stages, but covers strategic development directions, business processes and budgeting mechanisms. All these components together ensure the coordinated functioning of the enterprise and allow for the adoption of sound management decisions focused on the long-term perspective [1-2]. Considering the positions of different authors, we can conclude that income and expense planning is considered by them as an integral part of modern financial management, which should not only be a formal part of reporting, but an active tool for the strategic development of the enterprise. Researchers emphasize that this process should be flexible, continuous and adaptive, taking into account both internal and external factors of influence. They also emphasize the importance of integrating planning into the controlling system in order to achieve not only current, but also long-term goals of the enterprise. Thus, effective income and expense management is interpreted as a dynamic process that allows you to quickly respond to changes, rationally allocate resources and maintain business stability in conditions of market uncertainty [3-8]. The object of the study is the process of forming and regulating the income and expenses of an enterprise, which is an important component of its financial and economic activities. The subject of the study is tools and methodological approaches to organizing the process of planning income and expenses that are used or can be implemented in the activities of LLC Modus SV to increase the efficiency of financial management. The purpose of the study: to substantiate the areas of improvement of the process of planning income and expenses at LLC Modus SV, taking into account industry specifics and external economic factors, as well as to develop practical recommendations for increasing the effectiveness of financial management. The bachelor's qualification work consisted of two sections: a theoretical and analytical part and a special part. In the first section, the general concepts of income and expense planning were examined, it was determined that properly organized planning allows the enterprise to identify possible risks in advance, predict future financial results and optimally allocate resources. In the second section, the financial condition of the enterprise under study was analyzed using horizontal, vertical and coefficient analysis, and conclusions were drawn on the basis of the results regarding strengths and weaknesses.
