Управління життєвим циклом тепловоза ЧМЕ3 при маневровій роботі на станції

Abstract

Продовжити життєвий цикл маневрових тепловозів ЧМЕ3 можливо за рахунок їх модернізації. На залізницях України і Східної Європи комплексній модернізації за різними схемами більш всього піддавалися тепловози типу ЧМЕ3. Об’єктивно оцінити пропозиції з модернізації тягового рухомого складу, що надходять до Укрзалізниці, та вибрати серед них найбільш привабливі для залізниць України можливо тільки за допомогою відповідних техніко-економічних розрахунків. Найбільш достовірно оцінити ефективність інноваційних заходів з модернізації рухомого складу, у тому числі і тепловозів типу ЧМЕ3, можливо з використовуванням такого показника, як витрати на забезпечення життєвого циклу виробу, який широко використовується за кордоном для оцінки та визначення кращих інвестиційно-іноваційних пропозицій на залізничному транспорті. Тому від правильного вибору виду модернізації тепловозів ЧМЕ3 залежить конкурентоспроможність та ефективність роботи АТ «Укрзалізниця», а обрана тема являється актуальною в даний час. Об’єкт дослідження – робота тепловозів ЧМЕ3 при маневровій роботі на станції Предмет дослідження – методи та моделі визначення вартості життєвого циклу рухомого складу. Мета дослідження – зменшення експлуатаційних затрат протягом життєвого циклу на роботу маневрових тепловозів типу ЧМЕ3 за рахунок їх модернізації. За результатами кваліфікаційної роботи виконано такі задачі досліджень: – виконаний аналіз стану маневрових тепловозів типу ЧМЕ3; – вплив на життєвий цикл тепловозу ЧМЕ3 при роботі на станції виконувати за рахунок його модернізації; – виконано прогноз вартості життєвого циклу модернізованого тепловозу ЧМЕ3 при його роботі на станції. Запропонована методика оцінки технічного рівня маневрових тепловозів на основі індексного методу. Виконані по ній розрахунки показали, що для використання тепловозу ЧМЕ3 в маневровій роботі на станції найкраще підходить модернізація по словацькому проекту дизелем САТ. Визначена вартість життєвого циклу модернізованого тепловозу ЧМЕ3М. Встановлено, що до п’ятдесяти процентів витрат по весь життєвий цикл модернізованого тепловозу припадає на дизельне паливо, а на проведення модернізації – до четверті витрат усіх витрат.

It is possible to extend the life cycle of shunting diesel locomotives ChME3 by modernizing them. On the railways of Ukraine and Eastern Europe, diesel locomotives of the ChME3 type were most often subjected to complex modernization according to various schemes. It is possible to objectively evaluate the proposals for modernization of traction rolling stock received by Ukrzaliznytsia and select the most attractive ones for Ukrainian railways among them only with the help of appropriate technical and economic calculations. The most reliable way to assess the effectiveness of innovative measures for modernization of rolling stock, including diesel locomotives of the ChME3 type, is to use such an indicator as the costs of ensuring the life cycle of the product, which is widely used abroad to assess and determine the best investment and innovation proposals in railway transport. Therefore, the competitiveness and efficiency of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" depends on the correct choice of the type of modernization of diesel locomotives ChME3, and the chosen topic is relevant at the present time. The object of the study is the operation of diesel locomotives ChME3 during shunting work at the station The subject of the study is methods and models for determining the life cycle cost of rolling stock. The purpose of the study is to reduce operating costs during the life cycle of shunting diesel locomotives of the ChME3 type due to their modernization. According to the results of the qualification work, the following research tasks were completed: – an analysis of the condition of shunting diesel locomotives of the ChME3 type was performed; – the impact on the life cycle of the diesel locomotive ChME3 during operation at the station was performed due to its modernization; – a forecast of the life cycle cost of the modernized diesel locomotive ChME3 during its operation at the station was performed. A methodology for assessing the technical level of shunting diesel locomotives based on the index method was proposed. The calculations performed according to it showed that modernization according to the Slovak project with a CAT diesel engine is best suited for using the diesel locomotive ChME3 in shunting work at the station. The life cycle cost of the modernized diesel locomotive ChME3M was determined. It has been established that up to fifty percent of the costs over the entire life cycle of a modernized diesel locomotive are for diesel fuel, and up to a quarter of all costs are for modernization.
