Abstract

The construction of the workshop was designed in Kremenchuk. The main volume-planning solutions for the workshop were adopted in accordance with the requirements of current norms and rules: "Production buildings of industrial enterprises" -- DBN V.2.2-28:2010 "Buildings of administrative and domestic purposes" -- DBN V.2.2-11-2002 "Consumer service enterprises. Basic provisions". The workshop is designed in a metal frame. The one-story part of the house is three-span: the extreme spans in the axes "A-B" and "D-E" are 7.55 m, and the middle span in the axes "B-D" is 18.00 m. The frame pitch in both parts of the house is 6.0 m. In the five-story part, the spans in the axes "B-D" are 6 m, and the extreme spans are 7.54 m each. Pile foundations for metal frame racks are designed. Reinforced concrete piles, square section 300x300 mm, 6.00 m long. Grilles are made 700 mm high. Heavy concrete of class B 30 was adopted. The mark of the top of the grillage is -0.950 along the axis "E", and +0.150 along the axes "A", "B", "C", "D", "D". Along the axes "A" and "E" between the axes "1-19", as well as along the axes "1" and "19", along the axis "D" between the axes "13-19", along the axis "G" between the axes "13-15" there are foundation beams of grades BF-24, BF-37 and BF-39. The top mark of these beams is 1.100. The columns are designed as steel, welded, I-beam profiles. Steel grade C 235 (Vst3kp2). The columns are placed with a step of 6.0 m along the axes "A", "B", "D", "E". The columns are supported by metal beams of the roof in the axes "A-B", "D-E", and in the axes "B-D" - rafter trusses. The metal frame consists of transverse frames created by columns and roof beams. The columns are rigidly fixed to the foundations and hingedly connected to the crossbars. The walls of the house are panel made of lightweight concrete, hinged, 220 mm thick. The ceiling of the five-story part of the house is made of monolithic reinforced concrete, which rests on metal secondary beams made of rolled I-beams. The covering is made of prefabricated reinforced concrete ribbed slabs 1.5 m wide and 3.0 m long. The roof is rolled from three layers of roofing felt on bitumen mastic with a layer of gravel embedded in bitumen mastic applied to it. Below is a cement screed and insulation made of foam concrete and vapor barrier on a reinforced concrete ribbed slab of the covering. The windows are designed as strip windows, 2.400 m high and 1.200 m high, paired with wooden bindings. The doors are designed to be wooden with dimensions of 1500*2400 mm and single – 910x2400 mm. The gates are wooden with dimensions of 3.0x3.0 m and 4.0x4.0 m. The floors are designed according to the technological process – cement-sand. The partitions are made of steel profiled sheets with soundproofing from semi-rigid mineral wool boards, and also partially made of brick with a thickness of 120 mm. The outer surface of the panel walls is painted with modern paints for exterior works. Brick partitions are plastered with cement-sand mortar and painted with water-based paints. Metal structures are painted with oil paint in two passes. The construction of the workshop does not create a negative impact on the duration of insolation of neighboring residential buildings. The orientation of the workshop’s production premises ensures their insolation for 2.5 hours or more continuously. The construction site is fenced around the perimeter. The length of the temporary fence is 146 m. The budget plan includes temporary roads 6.0 m wide, with a radius of curvature of 15.0 m. Roads are planned to be widened in places where vehicles are unloaded. Gates and barriers are designed for exit and entry from the budget plan. The budget plan includes temporary structures: sanitary and household premises, temporary warehouses. Provision is made for the installation of temporary premises, temporary lighting lines, water supply, temporary electrical networks, and sewage. Dangerous areas of the crane are marked with signs. The master's qualification work consists of 11 working drawings of A1 format, among which four sheets belong to the architectural and construction section (general plan, facades, plans, sections, nodes), four sheets are the calculation-constructive section, in which four structures are calculated (reinforced concrete pile foundations and grillage, floor slab, column, bunker), another three sheets are the technological and organizational section, where: a construction plan, a technological map for the installation of rafter trusses and a calendar plan for the implementation of all major works at the site are performed. In the scientific section, an experimental study of the work of dowels in three-layer aerated concrete panels with a non-metallic sheet coating was performed.
