Розробка алгоритму виявлення несправностей в електричній схемі допоміжних машин електровоза ВЛ10

Abstract

Магістерська кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню актуального питання, що пов'язане з виявленням та усуненням несправностей в електричній схемі допоміжних машин електровоза ВЛ10. Окремо розглянуті питання діагностування електричного обладнання тягового рухомого складу залізниць, які дозволяють покращити питання надійності електричних машин. Вибір тематики пов'язаний зі старінням тягового рухомого складу залізниць, що у свою чергу зменшує надійність роботи старих колекторних машин постійного струму електровоза постійного струму ВЛ10 Розглянуті будова і принцип роботи допоміжних машин електровоза ВЛ10. Розроблений алгоритм виявлення несправностей в електричних колах електровоза постійного струму має полегшити процедуру попередження можливої несправності, а також виходу з нестандартної ситуації в поїздній роботі. Об’єкт дослідження – електричні кола електровоза постійного струму ВЛ10. Предмет дослідження – процес виявлення несправностей в силових колах електровоза постійного струму. Мета дослідження – розробити алгоритм виявлення несправностей в електричній схемі допоміжних машин електровоза ВЛ10.

The master's qualification work is devoted to the study of a topical issue related to the detection and elimination of malfunctions in the electrical circuit of auxiliary machines of the VL10 electric locomotive. Separately, the issues of diagnosing electrical equipment of railway traction rolling stock are considered, which allow improving the reliability of electric machines. The choice of topic is related to the aging of railway traction rolling stock, which in turn reduces the reliability of the old DC collector machines of the VL10 electric locomotive. The structure and principle of operation of the VL10 electric locomotive auxiliary machines are considered. The developed algorithm for detecting malfunctions in the electrical circuits of the VL10 electric locomotive should facilitate the procedure for preventing a possible malfunction, as well as resolving an unusual situation in train operation.
