Інформаційна система обліку особових карток студентів

Abstract

Важливу роль у функціонуванні будь-якої організації відіграють інтелектуальний потенціал і людські ресурси, які є безпосередньою ру¬шійною силою розвитку держави. Основою управління є інформаційна діяльність, суть якої полягає у пошуку, відборі, згортанні, аналітико-синтетичному опрацюванні і наданні споживачам інформації, яка б задовольняла потреби сфери управління. Проблема ефективного управління науково-педагогічним складом кафедри у вищих навчальних закладах України відноситься до числа найбільш актуальних, оскільки від якості її розв’язання суттєво залежить соціально-економічний та науково-технічний розвиток держави[1]. В першому розділі визначено основні засади дослідження. Було розглянуто основні етапи розробки веб-сайтів, технології для створення сайтів на базі HTML і СSS та технології для створення сайтів на базі CMS систем. В другому розділі роботи проведено системний аналіз системи, було розроблено дерево цілей, яке описує основні аспекти створення програмного. Тобто метою дерева цілей є розроблення інформаційної системи обліку особових карток студентів. Також, було конкретизовано функціонування системи та спроектовану контексту діаграму з подальшою декомпозицією її процесів, які відображають основний функціонал системи, яка розробляється. Опісля цього, було спроектовано ієрархію процесів. Складається ця ієрархія з трьох рівнів. У третьому розділі було здійснено вибір засобів для розробки інформаційної системи обліку студентських карток. Проаналізовано засоби, які забезпечують управління базами даних та дають змогу безпечно та конфіденційно зберігати інформацію і надають зручний, і зрозумілий інтерфейс для роботи з ними. Було створено базу даних SQL для сайту «Особова картка студента». В четвертому розділі було написано інструкцію користувача, опис програмного продукту. Розглянуто контрольний приклад, щоб впевнитись в працездатності розробленого програмного забезпечення, та відповідності функціоналу визначеному в попередніх розділах. Об’єктом дослідження – є процес ведення особових карток студентів. Предмет дослідження – є розроблення інформаційної системи обліку особових карток студентів. Мета дослідження – розробка та подальше створення інформаційної системи обліку карток студента і полягає в вивченні питань, пов’язаних з особливостями створення web-сайтів для внутрішнього користування підрозділами забезпечення навчального процесу у вищих навчальних закладах. Результати досліджень полягають у можливості заповнювати анкети студентів в базу даних, і в будь який момент може скористатись пошуком і знайти студента та інформацію про нього яка була до цього записана.An important role in the functioning of any organization is played by intellectual potential and human resources, which are the direct driving force of state development. The basis of management is information activities, the essence of which is to find, select, collapse, analytical and synthetic processing and provide consumers with information that would meet the needs of management. The problem of effective management of the scientific and pedagogical staff of the department in higher educational institutions of Ukraine is among the most pressing, as the quality of its solution significantly depends on the socio-economic and scientific and technical development of the state [1]. The first section identifies the basic principles of the study. The main stages of website development, technologies for creating sites based on HTML and CSS and technologies for creating sites based on CMS systems were considered. In the second section of the work the system analysis of the system is carried out, the tree of the purposes which describes the basic aspects of creation of software is developed. That is, the purpose of the goal tree is to develop an information system for accounting for student ID cards. Also, the functioning of the system was specified and the context diagram was designed with the subsequent decomposition of its processes, which reflect the main functionality of the system being developed. After that, a hierarchy of processes was designed. This hierarchy consists of three levels. In the third section, the choice of tools for the development of information system for student card accounting was made. The tools that provide database management and allow secure and confidential storage of information and provide a convenient and clear interface for working with them are analyzed. An SQL database has been created for the Student ID Card site. In the fourth section was written a user manual, a description of the software product. A control example is considered to make sure that the developed software is working and that the functionality is defined in the previous sections. The object of research is the process of keeping students' identity cards. The subject of research - is the development of an information system for accounting ID cards of students. The purpose of research is to develop and further create an information system for accounting student cards and is to study issues related to the peculiarities of creating web-sites for internal use by units of the educational process in higher education. The results of the research are the ability to fill out student questionnaires in the database, and at any time can use the search and find the student and information about him that was previously recorded.
