Вдосконалення організації міжнародних перевезень мінеральних добрив на маршруті Здолбунів (Україна) – Бая-Маре (Румунія) для ПП «ТРАНСЕКСПО»

Abstract

Вдосконалення міжнародних перевезень зазвичай проводиться з використанням програми AutoRoutExpress [1]. Програма дає можливість отримати карти маршруту Здолбунів - Бая-Маре: територією України, територією Румунії. З допомогою вказаної програми побудовано також розклад і графік руху автомобіля на маршруті [1]. Основою для вдосконалення міжнародних перевезень є особливості ринку мінеральних добрив в Україні, а також характеристики діяльності фірми перевізників ПП «ТРАНСЕКСПО», технологій перевезення і зберігання мінеральних добрив [2,3]. Саме ці дані дозволяють вдосконалити міжнародні перевезення мінеральних добрив автомобілями ПП «ТРАНСЕКСПО» на маршруті Здолбунів - Бая-Маре. Програмний комплекс AutoRoutExpress наразі є одним з найбільш ефективних засобів для розробки маршруту, розкладу та графіку руху. Для вдосконалення міжнародних перевезень мінеральних добрив оцінено параметри вантажопотоків фірми перевізників ПП «ТРАНСЕКСПО», опрацьовано вимоги і заходи безпеки при транспортуванні мінеральних добрив методи, застосування технічних засобів митного контролю і вибір форм та обсягів митного контролю для митних органів, визначено потрібну кількість контейнерів, розраховано експлуатаційні показники роботи АТЗ на маршруті Здолбунів - Бая-Маре [4,5]. Розрахунок витрат на експлуатацію рухомого складу, складання калькуляції собівартості транспортних послуг дають можливість оцінити результати фінансової діяльності після вдосконалення міжнародних перевезень мінеральних добрив автомобілями ПП «ТРАНСЕКСПО» на маршруті Здолбунів - Бая-Маре.

Також розроблено інженерно-технічні заходи з охорони праці. Об’єкт дослідження – транспортний процес доставки мінеральних добрив на маршруті Здолбунів - Бая-Маре. Предмет дослідження – переміщення мінеральних добрив на маршруті Здолбунів - Бая-Маре. Мета дослідження: досягнути мінімальної собівартості перевезення мінеральних добрив на маршруті Здолбунів - Бая-Маре і за рахунок цього посилити конкурентну перевагу фірми «ТРАНСЕКСПО» на ринку транспортних послуг. В результаті проведених досліджень визначено, що один автомобіль DAF TE 95 XF вантажністю 24 т зможе виконати річний обсяг перевезень мінеральних добрив на маршруті Здолбунів - Бая-Маре (Румунія) в обсязі 1360 т. Автомобіль має виконати 76 рейсів, його обслуговують 2 водії.Improving international transportation is usually done using the AutoRoutExpress program [1]. The program makes it possible to get maps of the route Zdolbuniv - Baia Mare: through the territory of Ukraine, through the territory of Romania. With the help of the specified program, the timetable and schedule of the car movement on the route are also built [1]. The basis for the improvement of international transportation is the peculiarities of the market of mineral fertilizers in Ukraine, as well as the characteristics of the activities of the transport company "TRANSEXPO", technologies of transportation and storage of mineral fertilizers [2,3]. It is these data that make it possible to improve the international transportation of mineral fertilizers by vehicles of PE "TRANSEXPO" on the route Zdolbuniv - Baia Mare. The AutoRoutExpress software complex is currently one of the most effective tools for developing a route, schedule and traffic schedule. In order to improve the international transportation of mineral fertilizers, the cargo flow parameters of the company of transporters PE "TRANSEXPO" were evaluated, the requirements and safety measures for the transportation of mineral fertilizers, the methods, the use of technical means of customs control and the choice of forms and volumes of customs control for customs authorities were worked out, the required number of containers was determined, the operating costs were calculated performance indicators of ATZ on the route Zdolbuniv - Baia Mare [4,5]. Calculation of costs for the operation of rolling stock, compilation of the calculation of the cost of transport services make it possible to assess the results of financial activity after the improvement of international transportation of mineral fertilizers by vehicles of the PE "TRANSEXPO" on the route Zdolbuniv - Baia Mare.

Engineering and technical measures for labor protection have also been developed. The object of the study is the transport process of delivering mineral fertilizers on the route Zdolbuniv - Baia Mare. The subject of the study is the movement of mineral fertilizers on the route Zdolbuniv - Baia Mare. The purpose of the research: to achieve the minimum cost of transportation of mineral fertilizers on the Zdolbuniv - Baia Mare route and, due to this, to strengthen the competitive advantage of the company "TRANSEXPO" in the market of transport services. As a result of the research, it was determined that one DAF TE 95 XF car with a load capacity of 24 tons will be able to carry out the annual volume of transportation of mineral fertilizers on the route Zdolbuniv - Baia Mare (Romania) in the amount of 1360 tons. The car has to perform 76 flights, it is served by 2 drivers.
