Економічне обгрунтування впровадження зелених технологій у бізнесі

У роботі досліджено економічні аспекти впровадження зелених технологій у діяльність логістичних компаній, зокрема на прикладі АТ «Нова Пошта» — провідного оператора експрес-доставки в Україні. Об’єктом дослідження є процес екологізації бізнес-процесів у логістичному секторі, а предметом — економічна ефективність впровадження зелених технологій. Метою дослідження є обґрунтування доцільності впровадження зелених технологій у діяльність АТ «Нова Пошта» та визначення їхнього впливу на фінансові показники підприємства. Для досягнення мети поставлено завдання: проаналізувати теоретичні засади зелених технологій у бізнесі; оцінити фінансово-економічний стан АТ «Нова Пошта»; виявити проблеми та ризики впровадження екологічних інновацій; розробити рекомендації щодо впровадження зелених технологій; провести розрахунки економічного ефекту від їх реалізації. У роботі використано методи аналізу та синтезу наукової літератури, економіко-математичні методи для оцінки ефективності інвестицій у зелені технології, а також аналіз фінансової звітності підприємства. Інформаційною базою слугували офіційні звіти АТ «Нова Пошта», дані міжнародних організацій (OECD, IEA), наукові публікації та аналітичні матеріали. Результати дослідження свідчать про те, що впровадження зелених технологій, таких як використання електротранспорту, встановлення сонячних електростанцій та оптимізація логістичних процесів, може призвести до зниження операційних витрат, підвищення енергоефективності та зміцнення конкурентних позицій компанії. Зокрема, інвестиції в екологічні проєкти сприяють зменшенню викидів CO? та відповідають сучасним вимогам сталого розвитку. Практичне значення роботи полягає в розробці рекомендацій для АТ «Нова Пошта» щодо впровадження зелених технологій, що можуть бути використані для формування стратегії сталого розвитку підприємства та залучення інвестицій.Kovalchuk M.R., Koleschuk O.Ya. Extended Abstract The thesis explores the economic aspects of implementing green technologies in the operations of logistics companies, with a particular focus on the case of Nova Poshta JSC — the leading express delivery operator in Ukraine. The object of the study is the process of greening business operations in the logistics sector, while the subject is the economic efficiency of implementing green technologies. The purpose of the study is to justify the feasibility of implementing green technologies in the operations of Nova Poshta JSC and to determine their impact on the company’s financial performance. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were set: to analyze the theoretical foundations of green technologies in business; to assess the financial and economic condition of Nova Poshta JSC; to identify problems and risks in the implementation of environmental innovations; to develop recommendations for the implementation of green technologies; and to calculate the economic effect of their application. The research applies methods of analysis and synthesis of scientific literature, economic and mathematical tools for assessing the efficiency of investments in green technologies, as well as an analysis of the company's financial statements. The informational base of the study includes official reports of Nova Poshta JSC, data from international organizations (OECD, IEA), scientific publications, and analytical materials. The results of the study demonstrate that the implementation of green technologies, such as the use of electric transport, installation of solar power plants, and optimization of logistics processes, can lead to a reduction in operating costs, increased energy efficiency, and strengthened competitive positions of the company. In particular, investments in environmental projects contribute to reducing CO? emissions and align with modern requirements for sustainable development. The practical significance of the thesis lies in the development of recommendations for Nova Poshta JSC on the implementation of green technologies, which can be used to formulate the company's sustainable development strategy and attract investments.
