Удосконалення управління фінансовими ресурсами бізнес-структури

Abstract

Фінансові ресурси бізнес-структури, нарівні з виробничими та інформаційними, є ключовим елементом її життєздатності та конкурентоспроможності. Вони визначають не лише поточну ефективність її діяльності, але й її довгостроковий успіх та потенціал для майбутнього розвитку. Водночас, управління фінансовими ресурсами бізнес-структур стикається з постійними та суттєвими викликами, пов'язаними з необхідністю постійної оптимізації процесів їхнього формування та ефективного використання в умовах динамічного ринку. Зважаючи на вищевикладене, головною метою даної роботи було визначено комплексне обґрунтування пропозицій, спрямованих на

поглиблене вдосконалення управління фінансовими ресурсами конкретної бізнес- структури.:

Виконане систематичне дослідження сутності фінансів бізнес-структур та методології управління ними, аналіз різновидів фінансових ресурсів, а також критеріїв та загальної послідовності процесу управління структурою капіталу бізнес-структур. Проведене глибокий аналіз фінансового стану та оцінка динаміки формування фінансових ресурсів ТзОВ «Древ сервіс». Виконане обґрунтування оптимального вибору зовнішнього джерела фінансування проєкту стратегічного розвитку ТзОВ «Древ сервіс». Здійснена комплексна оцінка міри впливу структури капіталу ТзОВ «Древ сервіс» на його прибутковість, зокрема із використанням ефекту фінансового левериджу та моделі Дюпона. Здійснені розробка та обґрунтування інвестиційної програми для ТзОВ «Древ сервіс». Проведено формування цілісної стратегії фінансового забезпечення інвестиційної програми ТзОВ «Древ сервіс».

5 У цьому дослідженні основний об'єкт — це деревообробна бізнес-структура «Древ сервіс». Предметом дослідження виступал теоретико-методичні та прикладні аспекти управління фінансовими ресурсами даної бізнес-структури. Теоретичну та методичну основу проведеної роботи складають чинні законодавчі та нормативні акти, а також фундаментальні монографії, сучасні посібники, наукові статті різних дослідників за обраною темою магістерської роботи, а також внутрішні матеріали звітності ТзОВ «Древ сервіс». Наукова новизна представленого дослідження полягає у декотрому вдосконаленні методу обґрунтування оптимальної структури фінансових ресурсів, необхідних для успішної реалізації інвестиційної програми суб'єкта господарювання. З метою ефективного розв'язання поставлених наукових завдань були застосовані такі методи пізнання: системного аналізу — при детальному вивченні фінансового стану та оцінці динаміки формування фінансових ресурсів ТзОВ «Древ сервіс»; узагальнення — у процесі розробки комплексної стратегії фінансового забезпечення інвестиційної програми ТзОВ «Древ сервіс»; економіко-математичного моделювання — при обґрунтуванні найбільш раціонального вибору зовнішнього джерела фінансування проєкту розвитку ТзОВ «Древ сервіс»; абстрагування — при глибокій оцінці впливу структури капіталу ТзОВ «Древ сервіс» на його прибутковість з урахуванням ефекту фінансового левериджу та із застосуванням моделі Дюпона. Практичне значення цієї роботи полягає у безпосередній можливості застосування отриманих результатів у повсякденній діяльності ТзОВ «Древ сервіс» для обґрунтування та реалізації заходів з ефективного управління його фінансовими ресурсами.Financial resources of a business structure, along with production and information resources, are a key element of its viability and competitiveness. They determine not only the current effectiveness of its activities, but also its long-term success and potential for future development. At the same time, the management of financial resources of business structures faces constant and significant challenges associated with the need for constant optimization of the processes of their formation and effective use in a dynamic market. Given the above, the main goal of this work was to identify a comprehensive justification of proposals aimed at in-depth improvement of the management of financial resources of a specific business structure.: A systematic study of the essence of the finances of business structures and the methodology for managing them was carried out, analysis of types of financial resources, as well as criteria and the general sequence of the process of managing the capital structure of business structures was carried out. An in-depth analysis of the financial condition and assessment of the dynamics of the formation of financial resources of LLC "Drev Service" was carried out. A justification of the optimal choice of an external source of financing for the strategic development project of LLC "Drev Service" was carried out. A comprehensive assessment of the degree of influence of the capital structure of LLC "Drev Service" on its profitability was carried out, in particular using the effect of financial leverage and the Dupont model. An investment program for LLC "Drev Service" was developed and substantiated. A holistic strategy for the financial support of the investment program of LLC "Drev Service" was formed. In this study, the main object is the woodworking business structure "Drev Service". The subject of the study was the theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of managing the financial resources of this business structure.

7 The theoretical and methodological basis of the work is the current legislative and regulatory acts, as well as fundamental monographs, modern manuals, scientific articles by various researchers on the chosen topic of the master's thesis, as well as internal reporting materials of LLC "Drev Service". The scientific novelty of the presented study lies in some improvements in the method of substantiating the optimal structure of financial resources necessary for the successful implementation of the investment program of the business entity. In order to effectively solve the scientific tasks set, the following methods of cognition were applied: system analysis - during a detailed study of the financial condition and assessment of the dynamics of the formation of financial resources of LLC "Drev Service"; generalization - in the process of developing a comprehensive strategy for financial support of the investment program of LLC "Drev Service"; economic and mathematical modeling - when substantiating the most rational choice of an external source of financing for the development project of LLC "Drev Service"; abstraction - when deeply assessing the impact of the capital structure of LLC "Drev Service" on its profitability, taking into account the effect of financial leverage and using the Dupont model. The practical significance of this work lies in the direct possibility of applying the obtained results in the daily activities of LLC "Drev Service" to substantiate and implement measures for the effective management of its financial resources.
