Удосконалення технології ремонту бокової рами візка моделі 18-100

Abstract

При виконанні даної бакалаврської роботи зроблено аналіз пошкоджень та зносів бокових рам вагонівв у вагонному депо Дрогодич та відповідно до технічної та навчально методичної літератури. В коротко описано конструкцію бокової рами, її характерні ушкодження та длефекти, які виникають в результаті експлуатації. Також проведено розрахунок частини технологічного процесу відновлення (фрезерування наплавлених частин бокової рами) та розписано роботу даного пристосування, яке застосовується при ремонті бокової рами. Всі розрахунки проведені на основі пройденого матріалу під час навчання а підбір та вибір стандатних елементів та матеріалів бралося з відкритих джерел , а саме в Internet ресурсах. Об’єктом дослідження в даній роботі є бокові рами візка моделі 18-100. Предметом дослідження являються технлогічні процеси відновлення та ремонту бокової рами візка та технічні рішення й технології, що сприяють підвищенню якості ремонту та можливості нових та сучасних технологій та обладнанняі. Мета дослідження полягає у вивиченні ушкоджень бокової рами візка моделі 18-100 та способів їх усунення. За результатами цієї бакалаврської роботи виконано такі завдання: - проаналізовано конструкцію бокової рами візка та технології яка на даний момент застосовується для відновлення працездатності її; - проведено систематизацію ушкоджень ( дефектів) бокової рами; - проведено підбір та розрахунки основних процесів відновлення та підбір для цього відповідного обладнання та матеріалів.

In the course of this bachelor's work, an analysis of damage and wear of the side frames of wagons in the Drohodych wagon depot and in accordance with technical and educational-methodical literature was made. The design of the side frame, its characteristic damage and defects that arise as a result of operation were briefly described. Also, a calculation of part of the technological process of restoration (milling of welded parts of the side frame) was performed and the operation of this device, which is used in the repair of the side frame, was described. All calculations were made on the basis of the material studied during training, and the selection and selection of standard elements and materials were taken from open sources, namely from Internet resources. The object of research in this work is the side frames of the 18-100 model bogie. The subject of research is the technological processes of restoration and repair of the side frame of the bogie and technical solutions and technologies that contribute to improving the quality of repair and the capabilities of new and modern technologies and equipment. The purpose of the study is to study the damage to the side frame of the bogie model 18-100 and methods for their elimination. According to the results of this bachelor's work, the following tasks were performed: - the design of the side frame of the bogie and the technology currently used to restore its operability were analyzed; - damage (defects) of the side frame were systematized; - the selection and calculations of the main restoration processes (milling) and the selection of appropriate equipment and materials for this were carried out.
