Abstract

В магістерській кваліфікаційній роботі, було проведено огляд фізико-хімічних властивостей етилового спирту та ацетону, оглянуто методики розділення сумішей, також було зазначено параметри розділення процесу та ефективність розділення сумішей. Також була обрана технологічна схема процесу та обрано обладнання. Розраховано кожухотрубний теплообмінник. В розділі «Моделювання» був спроектований теплообмінник з такими характеристиками: діаметр кожуха 325 мм, діаметр труб становить 25х2 мм, довжина теплообмінних труб 2000 мм, кількість трубок – 62 шт. В розділі «Економічна частина» було визначено оцінку витрат та було виконано техніко-економічне обґрунтування проекту. Обраховані загальні витрати на дослідження проекту

In the master's qualification work, a review of the physicochemical properties of ethyl alcohol and acetone was conducted, a review of the methods for separating mixtures was conducted, the parameters of the separation process and the efficiency of the separation of mixtures were also indicated. The technological scheme of the process was also selected and the equipment was selected. A shell-and-tube heat exchanger was calculated. In the "Modeling" section, a heat exchanger was designed with the following characteristics: the diameter of the shell is 325 mm, the diameter of the pipes is 25x2 mm, the length of the heat exchange pipes is 2000 mm, the number of pipes is 62 pcs. In the "Economic part" section, an estimate of the costs was determined and a feasibility study of the project was performed. The total costs for the project research were calculated.
