Дизайн-концепція інтер'єру головного корпусу рекреаційно-розважального комплексу на Яворівському кар'єрі

Abstract

У дипломній роботі розроблено дизайн-концепцію інтер'єру головного корпусу рекреаційно-розважального комплексу на Яворівському кар'єрі, що поєднує функціональність, екологічність та естетику, враховуючи особливості локації, традиції Яворівського краю та принципи гармонійної взаємодії з природним середовищем. У першому розділі розглядаються теоретичні засади формування простору, що враховують сучасні тенденції в дизайні інтер’єру та принципи просторової організації. Аналізуються нормативно-правові вимоги до проектування громадських просторів, зокрема рекреаційно-розважальних комплексів, включаючи стандарти безпеки, санітарні норми та вимоги інклюзивності. Також досліджується функціональне зонування об’єкта: поділ простору на функціональні зони відповідно до потреб відвідувачів та персоналу. Окрему увагу приділено питанням екологічного дизайну та інтеграції простору з природним середовищем, включаючи використання натуральних матеріалів, енергоефективних технологій та рішень для мінімізації впливу на довкілля. У другому розділі досліджуються особливості території Яворівського кар'єру та його вплив на концепцію проєкту. Також розглядаються традиційні яворівські ремесла, зокрема виробництво дерев'яних меблів, іграшок та декоративних елементів, що можуть бути інтегровані в концепцію інтер'єру. Охарактеризовані вже існуючі аналоги рекреаційно-розважальних комплексів в Україні та за кордоном, визначаються вдалі дизайнерські рішення та їхня адаптація до конкретного об'єкта.

Третій розділ містить детальну розробку дизайн-концепції інтер'єру головного корпусу рекреаційно-розважального комплексу. Включає деталізацію композиційних, функціональних і матеріальних рішень, що забезпечують комфорт, естетику та екологічність простору. Четвертий розділ присвячено економічним аспектам реалізації проєкту, зокрема обґрунтуванню вартості матеріалів, ресурсів і трудовитрат. Аналізується доцільність інвестування та ефективність обраних дизайнерських рішень. У загальних висновках до дипломної роботи підсумовуються теоретичні відомості та надається характеристика проектно-пошукових досліджень, виконаних у рамках дипломного проектування.

The thesis develops a design concept for the interior of the main building of the recreational and entertainment complex at the Yavoriv quarry, combining functionality, environmental friendliness and aesthetics, taking into account the peculiarities of the location, traditions of the Yavoriv region and the principles of harmonious interaction with the natural environment. The first section discusses the theoretical foundations of space formation, taking into account modern trends in interior design and the principles of spatial organization. It analyzes the regulatory and legal requirements for the design of public spaces, including recreational and entertainment complexes, including safety standards, sanitary norms, and inclusiveness requirements. The functional zoning of the facility is also studied: the division of space into functional zones according to the needs of visitors and staff. Particular attention is paid to the issues of ecological design and integration of space with the natural environment, including the use of natural materials, energy-efficient technologies and solutions to minimize environmental impact. The second section explores the peculiarities of the Yavoriv quarry area and its influence on the project concept. It also discusses traditional Yavoriv crafts, including the production of wooden furniture, toys, and decorative elements that can be integrated into the interior concept. Existing analogues of recreational and entertainment complexes in Ukraine and abroad are characterized, successful design solutions and their adaptation to a particular object are identified.

The third section contains a detailed development of the design concept for the interior of the main building of the recreation and entertainment complex. It includes details of compositional, functional and material solutions that ensure comfort, aesthetics and environmental friendliness of the space. The fourth section is devoted to the economic aspects of the project, including the justification of the cost of materials, resources, and labor costs. The feasibility of investment and the effectiveness of the selected design solutions are analyzed. The general conclusions to the thesis summarize the theoretical information and provide a description of the design and exploratory research performed as part of the thesis design.
