Реконструкція залізничного вузла Л у зв'язку з будівництвом європейської колії

Abstract

Перехід із стандарту колії 1520 мм на 1435 мм є ключовим напрямком розвитку сучасної залізниці України європейського стандарту, що забезпечить інтеграцію залізничної мережі загального користування до Транс’європейської транспортної мережі (TEN-T), вдосконалить схеми доставки логістичних ланцюгів, зменшить простої, покращить обслуговування пасажирів. Побудова колії на дільниці «М2-Л» колії стандарту 1435 мм із підведенням до станції «С» змінить технологію роботи вузла, та стане новим пересадочним хабом. Об’єктом дослідження є транспортний вузол «Л», зокрема станція «С», що потребує адаптації під вузькі колії. Метою роботи є розробка та аналіз ефективності варіантів реконструкції станції «С» у зв’язку з прокладанням колії стандарту 1435 мм до транспортного вузла «Л». У межах кваліфікаційної роботи виконано аналіз техніко-експлуатаційних характеристик діючих станцій та оцінено їх роль у системі міжнародних і внутрішніх перевезень, наведено обсяги прибуття, відправлення та обробки поїздів, розроблена технологія обробки пасажирських поїздів на перебудованій станції «С». Розраховані витрати на будівельно-монтажні роботи та розраховано економію від експлуатації модернізованих стрілочних переводів, особливу увагу було приділено питанням з охорони праці та пожежної безпеки. Загалом, запропоновані в роботі рішення відповідають сучасним вимогам до розвитку транспортної інфраструктури, спрямовані на підвищення ефективності роботи залізниці, покращення рівня безпеки та комфорту пасажирів.

The transition from the 1520 mm to 1435 mm gauge standard is a key direction in the development of modern Ukrainian railways of the European standard, which will ensure the integration of the general railway network into the Trans-European Transport Network (TEN-T), improve logistics chain delivery schemes, reduce downtime, and improve passenger service. The construction of a track on the M2-L section of the 1435 mm gauge standard with a connection to station "C" will change the technology of the node's operation and become a new transfer hub. The object of the study is the “L” transport node, in particular the “C” station, which requires adaptation to narrow gauge. The purpose of the work is to develop and analyze the effectiveness of the reconstruction options for the “C” station in connection with the laying of the 1435 mm standard gauge to the “L” transport node.Within the framework of the qualification work, an analysis of the technical and operational characteristics of the operating stations was performed and their role in the system of international and domestic transportation was assessed, the volumes of arrival, departure and processing of trains were given, the technology of processing passenger trains at the reconstructed station "C" was given. The approximate costs of construction and installation work were given and savings from the operation of modernized turnouts were calculated, special attention was paid to issues of labor protection and fire safety. In general, the solutions proposed in the work meet modern requirements for the development of transport infrastructure, aimed at increasing the efficiency of railway operations, improving the level of safety and comfort of passengers.
