Удосконалення роботи вантажної станції Ш у зв’язку зі зміною режиму роботи маневрових локомотивів

Abstract

Станція Ш, за технічними ознаками, обсягами і характером виконання вантажних робіт є вантажною станцією I-го класу. Станція Ш працює на два напрямки: Ш - У і Ш – Ф, де станції У і Ф – дільничні станції, при чому станція Ф – дільнична станція з основним локомотивним депо. Для розформування та формування маршрутних і вивізних поїздів на станції Ш цілодобово працює один маневровий локомотив ЧМЕ-3. Подавання та забирання місцевих вагонів на вантажні фронти здійснюється тільки власними (ПК1 і ПК3) маневровими локомотивами. Розвезення місцевих вагонів на Л-кому транспортному вузлі на (із) проміжні станції вузла, у т. ч. вантажну станцію Перс, відбувається як маршрутними, так і вивізними поїздами з обох напрямів. Перший варіант організації роботи станції Ш оснований на цілодобовій роботі станційного маневрового локомотива. Удосконалення роботи станції Ш передбачає роботу станційного маневрового локомотива тільки у визначений період доби. При цьому, безумовно, змінюється технологія обслуговування під’їзних колій власними маневровими локомотивами. Робота власних маневрових локомотивів в часі – не змінюється. Розроблені, відповідно, дві графічні моделі роботи станції Ш. Аналіз і порівняння основних показників роботи станції Ш демонструють незначне покращення середнього простою місцевого вагону на станції Ш, що вже є вагомим аргументом для вибору саме другого варіанту організації роботи станції Ш. Мета роботи: удосконалення місцевої роботи вантажної станції за рахунок зміни технології роботи маневрових локомотивів. У результаті проведених досліджень було побудовано два добових плани-графіки, визначено основні показники роботи станції Ш та виконано їх порівняння та аналіз. Результати роботи можуть бути використані для дослідження режимів роботи станційних маневрових локомотивів на вантажних станціях АТ УЗ.

For the disbandment and formation of route and export trains at station Sh, one shunting locomotive ChME-3 operates around the clock. The supply and collection of local wagons to the freight fronts is carried out only by its own (PK1 and PK3) shunting locomotives. The delivery of local wagons at the L-kom transport node to (from) intermediate stations of the node, including h. freight station Sh, is carried out by both route and export trains from both directions. The first option for organizing the work of station Sh is based on the round-the-clock operation of the station shunting locomotive. Improving the work of station Sh involves the operation of the station shunting locomotive only during a certain period of time. At the same time, of course, the technology for servicing the access tracks by its own shunting locomotives changes. The operation of its own shunting locomotives over time does not change. Accordingly, two graphic models of the work of station Sh have been developed. Analysis and comparison of the main indicators of the work of the Sh station demonstrate a slight improvement in the average downtime of a local car at station Sh, which is already a weighty argument for choosing the second option for organizing the work of station Sh. Purpose of the work: improving the local work of the freight station by changing the technology of shunting locomotives. As a result of the research, two daily schedules were built, the main indicators of the work of station Sh were determined, and their comparison and analysis were performed. The results of the work can be used to study the operating modes of station shunting locomotives at freight stations of JSC UZ.
