Abstract

Освіта вважається однією з основоположних складових для всебічного розвитку людини, включаючи інтелектуальний, духовний, а також фізичний і культурний аспекти [1]. Особливе значення у цьому контексті має початкова освіта, оскільки саме на цьому етапі формуються основи для подальшого навчання та всебічного розвитку дитини. Вона визначає базові навички та знання, на яких будується подальше навчання в старших класах і професійне становлення. У цей період у дітей розвиваються не лише академічні знання, але й соціальні, емоційні та моральні якості, що є важливими для гармонійної інтеграції особистості в суспільство [2]. Зростають очікування щодо інтеграції цифрових технологій у процес навчання на початковому рівні освіти. Згідно з даними TALIS, у 2018 році використання інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій (ІКТ) стало частиною програм початкової освіти або підготовки для більш ніж двох третин опитаних вчителів початкових класів у таких країнах, як Англія, Японія, Корея та Туреччина. У країнах, як Франція та Іспанія, близько половини вчителів також включають ІКТ у свої програми. Водночас, близько чотирьох з десяти вчителів у Данії та Швеції мають подібний досвід. Зазначено, що набагато більше нових вчителів (з п’ятьма або менше роками досвіду) включають цифрові технології в свою початкову підготовку порівняно з більш досвідченими колегами. Це свідчить про те, що цифровізація стає все більш важливою складовою програм підготовки педагогів на початковому рівні освіти в різних країнах [3]. Об'єкт дослідження – процеси управління та організації навчального процесу в початковій школі. Предмет дослідження – методи та інструменти розробки інформаційної системи для автоматизації навчального процесу в початковій школі, з фокусом на ефективну взаємодію учасників навчання: учнів, вчителів та батьків. Мета дослідження: розробка інформаційної системи автоматизації навчального процесу початкової школи. У результаті дослідження було проаналізовано теоретичні аспекти області і розроблено інформаційну систему, яка забезпечує автоматизацію найголовніших навчальних процесів в початковій школі, включаючи реєстрацію та авторизацію користувачів, електронний розклад, управління завданнями, персональні кабінети, зворотний зв’язок і роботу з навчальними матеріалами.Education is considered one of the fundamental components for the comprehensive development of an individual, encompassing intellectual, spiritual, as well as physical and cultural aspects [1]. Primary education holds particular significance in this context, as it lays the foundation for future learning and the holistic development of a child. It establishes the basic skills and knowledge upon which further education in higher grades and future professional growth are built. During this stage, children develop not only academic knowledge but also social, emotional, and moral qualities that are crucial for their harmonious integration into society [2]. Expectations are rising regarding the integration of digital technologies into the learning process at the primary education level. According to TALIS data, in 2018, the use of information and communication technologies (ICT) became a part of primary education or training programs for more than two-thirds of surveyed primary school teachers in countries such as England, Japan, Korea, and Turkey. In countries like France and Spain, about half of the teachers also incorporated ICT into their programs. At the same time, around four out of ten teachers in Denmark and Sweden had similar experience. It was noted that significantly more new teachers (with five or fewer years of experience) included digital technologies in their initial training compared to their more experienced colleagues. This indicates that digitalization is becoming an increasingly important component of teacher training programs at the primary education level in various countries [3]. Study object – the management and organization processes of the educational process in primary school. Scope of research – methods and tools for developing an information system aimed at automating the educational process in primary school, with a focus on effective interaction among key participants: students, teachers, and parents. Goal of research: to develop an information system for automating the educational process in primary school. As a result of the research, the theoretical aspects of the domain were analyzed, and an information system was developed that enables the automation of key educational processes in primary school. These include user registration and authorization, electronic scheduling, task management, personalized user accounts, feedback mechanisms, and the handling of educational materials.
