Проєкт архітектурного розвитку СЗШ №78 у м. Львові

Abstract

Дипломний проєкт передбачає добудову нового корпусу початкової школи. Основною метою є створення сучасного, безпечного й комфортного навчального середовища, яке відповідатиме актуальним освітнім і просторовим вимогам, а також забезпечення додаткових місць для учнів. Предмет дослідження є підходи до проектування та реконструкції середніх загальноосвітніх шкіл. У межах роботи проведено аналіз існуючого стану території проєктування: описано розташування школи, навколишню забудову, транспортну інфраструктуру та природні особливості ділянки. Окрему увагу приділено вивченню нормативної бази, яка регламентує архітектурно-планувальні, конструктивні та санітарно-гігієнічні вимоги до проєктування закладів освіти. Враховано вимоги до площ навчальних і допоміжних приміщень, інклюзивності, протипожежного захисту та енергоефективності. Розроблене об’ємно-просторове рішення передбачає двоповерхову добудову з сучасним архітектурним виглядом, що гармонійно поєднується з існуючим корпусом школи. Будівля запроєктована за монолітно-каркасною конструктивною схемою, з енергоефективними матеріалами, сучасними інженерними системами. Філософська концепція полягає у створенні середовища, яке не лише служить освітнім функціям, а й формує сприятливу атмосферу для всебічного розвитку дитини.

The diploma project envisions the extension of the existing facility with a new building for the primary school. The main goal is to create a modern, safe, and comfortable educational environment that meets current educational and spatial standards, while also providing additional student capacity. The subject of the research is the approaches to designing and reconstructing general secondary education institutions. The project includes an analysis of the current condition of the site: the school's location, surrounding buildings, transport infrastructure, and the natural features of the area are described. Special attention is given to the study of regulatory frameworks governing architectural planning, structural, and sanitary-hygienic requirements for educational facilities design. The project takes into account standards related to the size of educational and auxiliary premises, inclusivity, fire safety, and energy efficiency. The developed spatial and architectural solution proposes a two-story extension with a modern architectural appearance that harmoniously integrates with the existing school building. The structure is designed using a monolithic-frame construction system, energy-efficient materials, and modern engineering systems. The philosophical concept focuses on creating an environment that not only fulfills educational functions but also fosters a positive atmosphere for the comprehensive development of the child.
