Abstract

Currently, there is a great need in Ukraine for the rehabilitation of military and civilian victims of the war. Therefore, the building of a rehabilitation center is an urgent issue that will help solve today's problems. The master’s qualification work includes 5 chapters. The 1-st chapter (architectural and construction section) describes the volume-planning and architectural-constructive decisions of the building, also it contains the master plan solution, the interior and exterior decoration, the central engineering communications. There is the thermal engineering calculation of the external brick wall too. On the sheets to the graphic part there are the master plan, facades of the building, section of the building, and plans of the first, typical, and attic floors, as well as explications of the premises. The structural scheme of the building is a spatial frame structure with brick infill 250m thick. The cross-section of the columns is 400 by 400 mm. The columns are rigidly connected to the monolithic floor slab and foundation slab. The 2-nd chapter (Calculation and Constructive Section) contains the calculation and construction of the building’s four main load-bearing structural members – the foundation slab, columns, floor slab, Calculation of pool designs «Lira» software complex. In the 3-rd chapter (technology section of construction processes and organization) I show a technological map for installing a linoleum floor, a construction master plan and a calendar schedule for the execution of works, as well as the need for machines and mechanisms. In the 4 chapter (economics section) the definition of the estimated value was considered. In the 5 chapter (scientific part of the work) there are calculation of the effectiveness of the adopted constructive decision, taking into account the cost of the structure.
