    Application of gradient method for solving constrained optimization tasks

    The constrained optimization task of wool sheepskin tanning–greasing applying the gradient method is solved. The optimality criterion is formulated as a generalized additive objective function. The modified gradient method algorithm is based on software module. Mathematical description for a low-waste technology using dry chrome tanning agent is obtained and its constraints are determined. Розв'язано задачу багатокритеріальної умовної оптимізації дублення-жирування хутрової овчини із застосуванням методу градієнта. Критерій оптимальності сформульований у вигляді узагальненої аддитивної цільової функції. Алгоритм модифікованого методу градієнта покладений в основу програмного модуля. Отримано математичний опис для маловідхідної технології з використанням хромового дубителя і пластифікатора з визначенням обмежень на технологічні параметри процесу.

    Distributed system for monitoring and forecasting of water bodies quality

    The structure and principles of constructing a distributed monitoring and forecasting system for water bodies quality designed to forecast the state of water supply sources in the remote mode are considered. The database of water bodies of Ukraine for storing the received data, including the data from the nongovernment and international organizations, is implemented. The interaction between the distributed subsystems is carried out via the client-server architecture.

    Improved technology of biodiesel fuel production from waste oils

    The process of biodiesel fuel production from waste oil is investigated. It is identified that when processing used oil, the raw material needs aftertreatment, and the presence of free fatty acids in the oil leads to the appearance of an additional reaction The ways of improvement of technological scheme for biodiesel fuel manufacturing taking into account raw material characteristics are offered.
