Item Combined thick-film structures based on modified nanoceramics for sensor electronics(Lviv Polytechnic Publishing House, 2016) Klym, Halyna; Kostiv, Yuriy; Lviv Polytechnic National UniversityCombined temperature and humidity sensitive thick-film structures based on technological modified nanostructured ceramics (Cu0.1Ni0.1Co1.6Mn1.2O4 with p+-type of electrical conductivity, Cu0.1Ni0.8Co0.2Mn1.9O4 with p-type of electrical conductivity and magnesium aluminate i-type MgO-Al2O3), as well as temperature-sensitive p-p+ and p-p+-p structures were prepared and studied. It is shown that increasing of the quantity of thick-film layers results in the improvement of the temperature sensitivity of thick-film structures. Humidity-sensitive thick films with temperature-sensitive films as conductive layers posses linear dependence of electrical resistance on relative humidity with hysteresis in the range of 30-95 %.Item Data cleaning method in wireless sensor-based on intelligence technology(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2022-02-28) Diachok, Roman; Klym, Halyna; Lviv Polytechnic National UniversityThe method of cleaning management data in wireless sensor networks based on intelligence technology has been studied. Specific forms of application of wireless sensor networks are analyzed. The characteristics of the structure of wireless sensor networks are presented and the data cleaning technology based on the clustering model is offered. An algorithm for deleting a cluster-based replication record is proposed and the accuracy of data cleaning methods is tested. The obtained results testify to the efficiency of using the studied method.Item Design and evaluation of a smart indoor air quality monitoring system(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2023-02-28) Rudavskyi, Ivan; Klym, Halyna; Popov, Anatoliy; Lviv Polytechnic National University; University of LatviaThis paper presents the design and development of an intelligent air quality monitoring system that utilizes the widely adopted and versatile Arduino Uno microcontroller as its foundational platform. The system underwent comprehensive testing procedures to ensure its adherence to specified requirements. Moreover, a series of experiments were conducted in diverse areas of a residential environment to generate datasets for various air quality indicators. The research findings showcase the potential of the developed system in accurately monitoring and assessing indoor air quality in real time. Enhancing indoor air quality plays a crucial role in mitigating the transmission of common airborne viruses and pollutants, thus significantly benefiting respiratory health.Item Development of multifunctional sensor system for environmental and medical applications(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2011) Klym, Halyna; Kostiv, YuriyThe multifunctional sensor system is developed by using nanostructured multilayer thick-film structures based on spinel-type NiMr2O4-CuMn2O4-MnCo3O4 manganites and magnesium aluminate MgAl2O4. The technological features of nanostructured sensor preparation are represented. The diagram of this system is proposed. This system with microprocessor signal processing is shown to be successfully applied for integrated temperature/humidity environment monitoring and medical applications. Wielofunkcyjny system czujnika opracowanych przy użyciu strukturach nanostrukturalnych wielowarstwowych grubowarstwowe oparte na spinel typu i NiMr2O4-CuMn2O4-MnCo3O4 i MgAl2O4 i MgAl2O4. Właściwości technologiczne przygolowania nanostrukturalnych czujników są reprezentowane. Schemat tego systemu jest proponowane. Ten system przetwarzania sygnalu z mikroprocesora wykazano, że z powodzeniem stosowane w czujnik temperatury/wilgotności i monitorowania środnowiska i medyczne.Item Electrical properties of singleand multi-walled carbon nanotubes composites at low temperatures(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2017-12-23) Karbovnyk, Ivan; Lukashevych, Dmytro; Chalyy, Dmytro; Klym, Halyna; Ivan Franko National University of Lviv; Lviv State University of Life SafetyElectrical properties of single- and multi-walled carbon nanotubes composites (PEDOT:PSS/CNTs) were investigated in the range of 50 to 200 K. It is established that composite films with multi-walled nanotubes loading show lower resistances as compared to their single-walled counterpart.Item High-reliable temperature systems for sensor electronics(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2012) Klym, Halyna; Katerynchuk, IvanTemperature-sensitive thick-film systems based on spinel-type NiMn2O4-CuMn2O4-MnCo2O4 manganites with pand p+-types of electrical conductivity were obtained. All elements are shown good electrophysical characteristics before and after long-term ageing test at 170 оС. It is shown that in two-layer p-p+ systems are typical increases of electrical resistance during ageing test, while three-layer type p-p+-p structures are high stabile.Item Modelling of o-Ps “pick-off” annihilation process in nanoporous ceramics for sensor electronics(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2010) Klym, Halyna; Kochan, RomanThe modelling of ortho-positronium annihilation processes in nanoporous humidity-sensitive ceramics were performed using the Tao-Eldrup model. It is shown that this model is adequate for modelling “pick-off” annihilation processes in ceramic materials for sensors applications and calculation of the size of their nanopores.Item Multilayered sensor structures for intelligent conlrol systems(Publishing House of Lviv Polytechnic National University, 2012) Klym, Halyna; Kostiv, YuriyA multifunctional sensor system using multilayered thick-film sensor structures based on spinel-type NiMn2O4-CuMn2O4-MnCo2O4 manganites and magnesium aluminate MgAl2O4 has been developed. The technological peculiarities of making nanostructured sensors have been represented. The circuit diagram of the monitoring system using nanostructured sensors and a microprocessor for signal processing has been proposed. This system can be successfully applied for intelligent monitoring and controlling environment. Одержано мультишарові сенсорні товстоплівкові структури на основі шпінельної кераміки. Розглянуто технологічні особливості одержання наноструктурованих сенсорів. A set of services are connected via well-defined APIs and work together like a coherent system. The application of microservices architecture spans a wide range of domains, e. g., healthcare, finance, government, military, gaming, and entertainment. This article analyzes existing project architecture approaches for Node.js, and improves scalable project architecture for Node.js using shared dependencies. The proposed project architecture with shared module dependencies is explicitly created for Node.js microservice. It was shown that crystallization process in 80GeSe2-20Ga2Se3 glasses annealed at 380°C for 25 and 50 h indicates specific free-volume transformation. It is established that water vapor modifies defects located near grain boundaries in MgO-Al2O3 ceramics sintered at 1300 °C, the process being accompanied by void fragmentation at water adsorption with further void agglomeration at water desorption after drying.Item Simulation model of delta-sigma modulator(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2010) Kochan, Roman; Klym, Halyna
