Item Improvement of purification technology of the liquid waste from fermentation production(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2021-03-03) Krusir, Galina; Sagdeeva, Olga; Tsykalo, Alfred; Vilhovska, Yuliia; Shpyrko, Tatyana; Odessa National Academy of Food TechnologiesOne of the areas of waste disposal of fermentation industries is anaerobic fermentation and biogas production, which becomes increasingly attractive for researchers not only because of the global energy crisis but also the environmental one. Biogas production is based on methane fermentation fundamentally different from other types of fermentation, which creates certain difficulties in its implementation on a large scale. Therefore, the development of innovative energy and resource- saving technologies for the processing of liquid waste from fermentation industries is an urgent task for the development of the domestic food industry. The aim of the work is to develop, theoretically substantiate and experimentally test the technology of processing liquid waste from fermentation plants.Item Improvement of the composting technology of food component of municipal solid waste(Lviv Politechnic Publishing House, 2018-10-26) Krusir, Galyna; Sagdeeva, Olga; Kovalenko, Iryna; Malovanyy, Myroslav; Zakharchuk, Valentina; Odessa National Academy of Food Technologies; Lviv Polytechnic National University; Odessa National Economic UniversityThe work deals with solving the problem of raising the environmental safety level of the municipal solid waste landfills through the introduction of advanced composting technology of the solid waste food component with the use of mineral and microbiological additives.Item International scientific environmental research on sustainable industrial development. The life path of dr. Heinz Leuenberger(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2020-02-24) Krusir, Galina; Sagdeeva, Olga; Odessa National Academy of Food TechnologiesThe article deals with the main scientific priorities of the development of environmental research on sustainable industrial development under the leadership of the international expert in the field of natural resource efficiency and cleaner industrial production, Dr. Heinz Leuenberger, Professor and Senior Advisor at the University of Applied Sciences, Basel (FHNW). Current priorities of his scientific research are green industry, resource efficiency and cleaner production, environmental impact assessments, wastewater, hazardous waste and chemicals management, material flow analysis. Extensive practical research experience and constant work in international projects in the field of environmental protection are aimed at introducing the results into the manufacturing sector of European countries.Item Scientific priorities of the development of environmental research in Odessa National Academy of Food Technologies. The life path of Professor Krusir G. V.(Lviv Politechnic Publishing House, 2019-03-20) Sagdeeva, Olga; Odessa National Academy of Food TechnologiesThe article deals with the main scientific priorities of the development of environmental research in Odessa National Academy of Food Technologies under the leadership of the Head of the Department of Ecology and Environmental Technologies, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Krusir G. V. Current priorities of her scientific research are the enzymatic catalysis, digestive (hydrolytic) enzymes, immobilization of biologically active substances, biocorrectors of digestive processes, biotechnology, ecobiotechnology, resource efficiency in the food chain, ecological management, biotechnological methods of recycling of the secondary raw materials of food industry into biologically active additives, determination of environmental friendliness of foodstuffs by chemical methods and non-destructive methods, processes of anaerobic fermentation of waste with the formation of biogas, sewage treatment of food production by the method of anaerobic digestion, technology of processing food industry waste into biologically active feed additives and organic fertilizers.
