    Database migration is a critical process for businesses that need to maintain their data integrity and functionality as they transition to new technologies or systems [7]. The paper has researched the concept of database migration in a code-free format, including the benefits and challenges of this approach. Code-free migration tools provide an interface that allows users to drag and drop data and automate the migration process. This eliminates the need for manual coding and speeds up the migration process. Code-free solutions also provide users with visual representations of the data, making it easier to understand and manage. However, these tools require careful consideration of data quality and security to ensure that the migration process is successful. The article provides different types of code-free migration tools, including data mapping software and drag-and-drop interfaces, and how they can be used to facilitate the migration process [3]. Best practices are provided for successful code-free database migration, including testing and validation.

    The article investigates the possibility of carrying out verification of volumetric liquid meters at the place of operation and presents the procedure for carrying out such verification. The issues of metrological support of measuring instruments (MI) of the aircraft refueling service are considered. The data on the verification of measuring instruments of the aircraft refueling service in the EU member states are presented.

    Research of long-term drift of the national inductance standard

    Inductance measurements is important for all branches of technology related to the application of electricity: energy and electronics, radio and television, transport and communication, and scientific research. Electromechanical devices and electronic components can be characterized using impedance measurements to identify the parameters of their equivalent electrical model. New inductance measurement methods are being developed in specific fields of activity. Manufacturers of standards and measuring instruments of inductance develop special handbooks outlining various methods of inductance measurement. The State Primary Standard of Ukraine for inductance and loss angle tangent reproduces and transmits a unit of inductance in the range from1∙10–6 H to 10 H at a frequency of 1 kHz. It is keeping in the SE “Ukrmetrteststandard” and participated in several comparisons of national standards within the framework of the activities of regional metrological organizations. The calibration and measurement capabilities of inductance measurement of national laboratories of different countries were studied to analyze and compare the capabilities of the national standard with the standards of other countries. Long-term instability studies of inductance measures of 1 mH, 10 mH and 100 mH, which are part of the national standard unit of inductance, have been conducted. The research period covered from 2009 to 2022. It was established that the drift lines of the specified inductance measures can be described using linear approximations. The rationale for choosing inductance measures of 10 mH and 100 mH for their use as transmission standards in the calibration of standards, which were organized and conducted by SE “Ukrmetrteststandard” as their pilot laboratory, is given.

    Intelligent system of temperature monitoring in refrigerated containers

    The work emphasizes the importance of maintaining a consistent temperature while transporting temperaturesensitive goods in the logistics cold chain. Refrigerated transportation plays a critical role in this chain, and the safe and efficient transport of perishable goods, such as food or pharmaceuticals, heavily relies on maintaining appropriate temperature levels. Realtime temperature monitoring and timely response to deviations are vital to prevent spoilage and financial losses. This paper presents an intelligent temperature monitoring system that employs a WiFi-enabled IoT platform NodeMCU-ESP32 to collect realtime temperature data, which is then transmitted to the AWS cloud platform. The system uses machine learning algorithms to predict temperature deviations and sends alerts to relevant stakeholders via the Telegram messaging service. The system architecture comprises AWS services, including API Gateway, IAM, Lambda, DynamoDB, and SNS, offering a scalable, secure, and costeffective temperature monitoring solution.

    Medical rehabilitation goniometrical system

    Physiological rehabilitation is applied in medical practice to restore a person’s functional ability after musculoskeletal injuries. Movements in the joints are the main functional indicator of the activity of the organs of support and movement. The paper considers a resistive goniometric sensor in the form of a ball joint. Based on such a sensor, a medical rehabilitation goniometric system is developed. It includes also a data collection device (autonomous data recorder) and a portable modem. That is why the system works autonomously in real-time and transmits data over a distance. This allows the system to be mobile and control joint mobility without the direct involvement of a doctor.

    Predictive assessment of diesel fuel quality based on wavelet transformations

    The principle of device operation for determining the quality control of diesel fuel is considered, which helps to investigate the spectral characteristics of diesel fuel. Basic wavelet transformations are given. IR spectroscopy of diesel fuel from different producing countries was carried out, and determination of the cetane number through wavelet coefficients and determining conclusion diesel fuel quality were performed.
