The article is devoted to the Internet-communications in the higher educational
establishment and their role in the virtual learning sphere. The authors focus on the fact
that creating a site and an institutional repository is one of the ways of popularization and
using of open access. It is concluded that the Internet-communications in the university are
important link because of provided access to a wide range of users to educational products
and services, training and scientific materials.
