The development of the territorial
community requires the effective use of its potential,
taking into account all its aspects, when developing
and implementing the development strategy and
other local legal documents. This approach directly
concerns the provision of vital activity of the
territorial community, should be in line with the
interests of the population and European principles
of the state regional policy.
