determining the optimal leader of a small group with

coefficient of conflict of each team member.

This article addresses the problem of
effectively dividing a team into small groups. The
role of psychological compatibility as a major factor
in the long and stable existence of small groups is
revealed. In their formation it is suggested to use the
principle of quadratic selection, or to apply the
concept of the coefficient of conflict of the collective.
