Methodology of the research is based on the use of historical and comparativehistorical method in the analysis of the political content in mass media. The effect of information heredity as a factor of election functioning the mass media, organization specialties of the mass media, the effect of political content carriers of the mass media, specialties of a particular mass media group activities are analyzed. The methodology for complex analysis of the mass media in election conditions is proposed.
